Hotel service is poor not good ask simply plates and spoon not served not so much clean also pillow smelling not good for stay

I travel with my friends in this hotel for stay and I got a bad experience. Because the rooms are not clean dirt. We add of mattress, and mattress was not like a mattress. mattress was not good for sleep. My friend was not sleep in night because of mattress. And cockroach was there in the room. I suggest to stay in Hotel Fortune Palace and second Hotel shree dhara(near railway station). And the main reasons of service is not good. And I want to say that this hotel is not good to stay with your family and friends. From my opinions or suggestions.

This was our lifetime bad experience we sadly trusted the photos and booked it online but was the worst decision the hygiene is shitty bedsheets are not changed and room & washroom are stinking to a level next So I recommend everyone to not trust the photos online and book this hotel you will regret

Don't go for location, dirty , stinckey rooms, bed sheets not replaced, walls are dirty, ventilation only in few rooms, management needs to improve a lot to maintain good hygine, neat and clean bed sheets .bathroom not clean Don't trust on photos Don't book online

This hotel is located at very convenient location which is a few steps away from the main temple and Gomti ghat. Rooms are not big but is hygienic and have all amenities. They also have a small canteen where you can order some snacks and tea, however, there are many options for food nearby. The service is good and staff is helpful. The only improvement point I see is bathroom cleanliness and thats why I have give 1 less star. Rest all is very good.

Overall okay to stay. Cleaning of washroom is must needed, as the room we got had a stinky washroom. Hotel is less than 100 meter away from Shree Dwarkadheesh Temple so strategically located. No restaurant or meal services provided except tea. However good food joints nearby so food isn’t an issue. Car parking is just outside of the hotel on the main road, don’t have designated parking. Staffs are good. They need to improve on the cleanliness for sure.

This hotel I booked by chance while searching hotels near Dwarkadhish temple. We reached early in the morning and believe me we were given room in no time, it depends on availability and with Lord Krishna's grace it was available. Nevertheless point is people at hotel are nice and good to talk to. Room is good with AC and soap towels etc. is provided. Cleaning is done daily. They do not have a restaurant but they do have a small kitchen which serves tea and sandwiches etc. Tea was really good I love it. Hotel is very close to temple so one can go to temple have darshan come back and again go as many times one wants. There are multiple places to eat and general stores nearby hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Dwarkadhish

Great Hotel, very close to Shree Dwarikadheesh 🙌🏻 mandir entry. Rooms are clean, one room is suitable for 3 adults, very good service and price is also affordable👍🏻
