Hotel Shiv Ganga Dwarka

The location is perfect. The temple is only 500-600m away. The rooms are average. We came here during Diwali 2025 we have go pay 1000/- for one double bed room. We also enquired in many places and this is the only place with which our budget is fiiting. I was reading reviews about the owner behaviour but in our case I dont find it in appropriate. Overally a great visit to Dwarkdhish Temple. For local sight seeing we rented a scooty infront of that hotel also which 500/- per day and have to submit the bike within the night around 8-9. Bad staff. Bad behaviour. The toilet was not at all clean, when asked to clean they refused saying "wo aisa he hai" they even refused to change the room. They even asked us to pay again 800rs extra for extra 20 mins after the checkout time.

Staff behaviour too rude, my check out time early morning but my baby have little bit fever also have fully rain outside, in this situation hotel staff said give back room and go outside as your time in complete. Very pathetic service. They are not provide drinking water, shop, towel etc. Literally you guys must sleep on the bus stand but don't go this hotel..

I booked this hotel for bathing only, but owner took complete 1 day fare. Washroom was very dirty having stains, flush of cummode was not working properly and leaking. There was a 5-6W bulb in the room only. Room was stinky. Out of 5 only 1 charging socket was working. On complaining, the owner said you have to adjust.

Rooms and services are very bad as per they charge 2500/- to 3000/- per night during holiday season. Only the location is nice and near the temple. This room is good if it is available at RS 500/- otherwise no need to stay in these hotel.
