HOTEL HOLISTON

Just a week ago we stayed...Rooms are very spacious and thanks to the staff for arranging an auto at 3 am to board our train...but some points I want to add that need improvement.... 1. They don't have complementary breakfast. But the over the phone they said they had. 2. Service of the staff could have been better. No one came to take our luggage to the room when we reached the hotel we had 3 senior citizens we took our luggage to our room all by us. Please add some staff who should carry luggage of your tourists. These are basic services which should be provided. 3. No complementary tea and coffee packs were given nothing... We stayed in other hotels cheaper than yours are providing these basic services and you can't. I don't know why. 4. Regular cleaning is not done. 5. Price is very very high compared to service. We booked pretty late so we had limited options otherwise there are way better hotels nearby with reasonable rate with better service. Overall experience below average.

We had a great experience there. Room was very spacious and hygienic. They have maintained the cleanness. Staff is pretty supported. Prices are at bit of high end but it’s all worth. They have restaurants as well. It is a bit costly only con is you won’t find much eating options near by. Overall a good place to stay with family.

Decent rooms with a decent location, hotel staff can be a bit more welcoming. They are not the ones I would say guest friendly behaviour. I asked them a few things and all their answers were they didn't know. Rest the rooms are good and the restaurant is also with a decent location.

The staff was very hardworking and good i've stayed here for 5 to 6 days and I've enjoyed alot on this hotel but if a swiming was added in this hotel it would be better experience for me. Honestly the hotel rooms were very comfy and were highly decorated and clean. I love this hotel!

Rooms were excellent, One of best rooms. Clean and hygiene. We have stayed there for 3 days. Everything is perfect. If you follow google location they will keep you behind there building. Its on NH51 highway. I mentioning nearby address below Search bramhkumari trilok art gallary. Spice and sugar restaurant was also good we had there meal twice. If don't have any budget problem go-ahead Prices for 2 person 400₹ Try there world famous gulab jamun. Parking facility. Lift facility. Dwarkadish mandir and dwark main market more than 500 metres. I think it's one of best hotels in dwarka.

The staff was a humbled to me.i have stayed here for 3 days,and the staff was very hardworking ,the hotel rooms were very huge and the rooms were highly decorated and clean. I love this hotel!!

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff were incredibly rude and arrogant, making every interaction unpleasant. From check-in to check-out, their attitude was condescending and unhelpful, leaving us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. when we raised concerns, the hotel staff dismissed them with indifference. It was clear they had no intention of resolving any issues. To top it off, the on-site restaurant was appalling. The food was tasteless, overpriced, and served cold. The restaurant staff were equally discourteous, adding to the overall dreadful experience. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. There are far better options available that actually value their guests. This hotel is a complete disaster. And stop lying in your review section @Hotel Holiston

I visited this place for a business trip. Very comfortable stay and all the amenities are good. Holiston itself is a good in hospitality industry. Staff was courteous and well mannered. Food was tasty and staff in the restaurant is quick. Thank you.
