Hotel Pari Dwarka

They have worst hospitality. The staff is not professional at all. They don’t have any values and etiquettes at all. Please don’t visit this place as they have no morals. They have nothing except rudeness. They are overcharging for bad room which has seepage. They don’t even have an exhaust fan in washrooms. Mirrors in room are of cheap quality. Door locks are pathetic which gets locked and takes hours to open. Even towels are dirty and have stain. There is no proper lighting in washroom.

Worst behaviour of office staff, They charged 9500 rs/night when i booked online, after entering in hotel i realized its not deserve the price of 1500 rs/night, After reaching on dwarka i realized good hotel are also available with in price change of 2000 rs/night. When i submit the luggage in clock room..i found inside clock room many peoles are drinking alcohol and seating on floor...now you can imagine what kind of behavior you can get from this hotel staff....

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to share a recent experience I had with *Hotel Pari in Dwarka* to warn you about their poor service and unprofessional behavior. We booked a stay at Hotel Pari, but upon arrival, we found the rooms to be extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. The conditions were so bad that we decided to cancel our reservation immediately. The hotel staff assured us that we would receive a full refund. However, despite their promise, we have not received the refund. When we followed up about this issue, the manager's behavior was shocking. Instead of addressing our concern, the manager started bullying us and was extremely rude. This made an already bad situation even worse. Here are the main issues we faced: 1. The rooms were in terrible condition, far below acceptable standards. 2. Despite promising a refund, the hotel has not returned 3. ⁠The manager's response to our refund request was not just unprofessional but outright aggressive and bullying. This experience has been incredibly distressing and frustrating. I strongly advise all of you to avoid staying at Hotel Pari. Their service is terrible, and the management is not only unprofessional but also aggressive and dishonest. Please share this information with anyone who might be considering staying at this hotel to help them avoid the same negative experience. There are plenty of better accommodations in Dwarka, and it's not worth risking your money or peace of mind with *Hotel Pari (Dwarka)*

Avoid this place at all cost. We paid 2700 per room and still worst service. No hygiene at all. Beds are full of bugs. Washrooms are not cleaned at all. 0 out of 10.

Worst hotel stay ever. Waste of money and time No room service no wifi or tv channel available in the room where we stayed no hot water no cleanliness no one accompanied us to room to explain everything staff was rude and didn't bother to handle issues

Hotel was looking very beautiful but just after check in they were worse. Washroom were even lower than average, floor of the washroom was stripped many places. In room there were smelling of seepage. We were stay there because it’s location. It was less than average place to stay. In washroom there was negligible water. When we asked they were ignoring not even responding. We are attaching video and photographs. Staff was rude. No room service of any kind.

This hotel is perfect example of mismanagement, not able to serve well also the property is not at all value for money.They are not on their promises or even the condition is, They are not able to deliver towels and bathing soap. I book 3 rooms and the condition is all the 3 rooms are full of ants and after complaining for the same resulting reply is "you can leave hotel". Room allotment is also not as per the booking.So, my personal experience is really bad in this hotel.I also like to urge do not book hotel from any agent. Thankyou.

Nice hotel with good location near dwarkadish temple.main market ,restaurants,travel agents nearby.reception counter also well behaved,only problem is room service is not so good probably due to less man power compared to what is required with so many no of rooms. Also wifi does not work.otherwise fine hotel at reasonable tarrif
