Worst experience....will nver recommend to anyone .... I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment received from your staff during my recent stay. Despite providing identification and explaining that our family member will join just for 5 to 10 mins. Still, we were denied entry simply because we had initially booked for two people. Your staff's refusal to accommodate our family member, even after ready to provide additional identification, was not only disappointing but also deeply frustrating. This lack of flexibility and empathy reflects poorly on your establishment and tarnishes the guest experience. I urge you to review your policies and provide better training to your staff on handling such situations with professionalism and understanding. Guests should feel welcomed and valued, not turned away unjustly.

Superb experience. Luxurious and well behaved staff. In front of the metro station. Super delicious food and services. Highly recommended.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed.. it's basically a banquet hall with rooms for families who came for function.. i had so much trouble staying there.. too much noise and chaos. And the staff was very uncooperative.. staff told me that wedding guest families will be there and they will create noise what to do.. then why are u taking booking and money from non wedding people. Such a low grade service.. and the rooms are very dirty.. stinky.. bathroom was smelling like gutter.. i was not able to stand in bathroom for even one minute. I had two nights booking but i left it after spending one night as it was unbearable for me there.. i shifted to other hotel wasting my money for second day. Cheap hotel, cheap staff and cheap location. Charging 2500 per night for such low grade hotel is too much.. it should be given zero stars.. and the staff should be fired as they are useless especially front desk. Spoiled my whole trip. What a waste

Worth the price. I had a last min check in (ie evening) but everything went fine. Got a good deal and check in was smooth. They have party like small shop at the reception where you can buy some some snacks and drinks. Might find a Little difficulty in finding the hotel as it’s situated on the first floor and little inside. From front it’s a convention Center. Rooms were clean and they had all the toiletries. Had a bit delay in room service but negligible. STRICTLY THEY DO NOT ALLOW ANY GUESTS INSIDE. Even it’s for 5 min.

I loved its food specially Chinese food was fantastic. Very tasty. Wonderful hosting also. For food, Five out of Five. Only problem is that if you are residing in hotel rooms, their bed mattress are not comfortable and you might feel backache in morning. Also Light switches are confusing and you will not find any switch at bed side for switching off and on the lights. Otherwise rooms are good.

... Myself Mukul...a regular & trustworthy customer of your services , want to register my grievance before your reputed institution. My companion & me had visited hotel " Green palms" on 17-05-2023 for stay. I already booked the room & paid total amount for the same that is ₹2347. When we showed our I'd at reception then receptionist denied & said this I'd is not valid....as it's corner on which d.o.b was mentioned was teared...I asked that this I'd is a photo I'd & photo, name & address all are totally visible & clear...morever same I'd was accepted by the same hotel on 20 April 2023. But he refused & rudely denied for service....When my female Guest asked for his senior then he rudely replied that " vo vhi karenge jo mein kahunga" We are very helpless at that time but we thought that may be the senior staff will keep his eye on our inconvenience & will understand our situation. But it was very shocking & disappointing that he doesn't gave a look to I'D.. he denied in very misbehaved tone. When my female Guest asked for another I'd that is a I card....as she is on a reputed job....he denied & demand for only aadhar card again. We felt very humiliating & helpless due to this stubbornness of staff. When they were asked about money then their reply was extremely shocking...." Jahan diye Han vahan sa lo" This was very insulting...other people were making fun of us at reception. I want to tell you that you have lost your reliability as we have no money back option & no criteria for customer's inconvenience. Thanks for your previous services & also for this very humiliating & painful experience🙏🙏🙏
