Hotel JPS Residency

Horrible Experience with this hotel and its staff !!! I recently had a very horrible experience booking the entire JPS Residency hotel for 2 days for my wedding. The hotel failed to deliver on its promises and provided subpar service throughout the event. The service provided by the hotel staff was equally unsatisfactory. The serving staff was disorganized, lift was not working, the door lock of almost every room were broken, the bedsheets were stinking, The staff members were inattentive to the guests' needs and provided no assistance or support during the event. Leave about the staff, the owners of the hotel were no less, they were mannerless and I believe owner of the hotel i.e. Mr. Tushar needs some psychiatric treatment as they don’t even know how to talk to guests, what should be the tone while talking to the guests. Their behavior towards the guests was so rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was in terrible state. The floors were dirty, and the washrooms were extremely unhygienic even most of the sanitary items (Taps, Shower, toilet seats, plumbing fixtures etc) were in damaged condition which made the guests uncomfortable throughout the event. Even after complaining many times, the owners pretend to be deaf and couldn’t provide any solution. In summary, the JPS Residency Hotel didn’t leave any stone unturned to make my wedding experience a nightmare. Even in any worst case scenario, don’t choose this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your memorial days.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The whole hotel, including the rooms, stink of smoke. And when asked the staff, they indicated that guests do it and they can't do anything about it. Imagine that! The floor tiles are torn and worn out. There are insects crawling on the floor all around. I left 10 min after check in. Photos posted online are deceptive. Mattress is so bad it'll give you back ache. Felt unsafe.

Very bad & worst experience of this third grade hotal, Fals commitment and manipulate the things, even untrained staffs. They don't manage 10-12 peoples party, owner have very rude behavior. Hotal don't have kitchen for service, they ordered food from third class Dhaba, this hotal is only for illegal work, couples are coming and booked hotals for 3-4 Hrs for illegal work. Horrible experience. Bhagwan bachaye aise hotel se.. 0 se come koi rating hota to de deta ise.

Fix all your Issues and then run the Hotel, And also be a little kinder towards your guests we are not staying for free. I have seen Cockroaches in the room, TV Not working, Most of the Rooms Doors are Jammed and Fans won’t work or AC won’t work or the Remotes won’t work, Rusty Bathroom fittings and even spray gun doesn’t have a holder. Unresponsive Hotel Staff utterly dissatisfied and disappointed with this Hotel, Not recommended to anyone. Please take a word of advice save money and book different hotel. Please remember there is no Refund provided if you don’t like the service. Just look at the photos of the Shower where I was staying and all this for mind blogging 2,000 rupees per night is scam.

Most horrible experience ever. Try not to ever think to stay in this hotle for any reason. Not a single thing is appreciable here . Rooms are worst ,lift is never in working mode,services are poor,food is worst,staffs are stupid.. they charge 3000/- perday which is extremely high. All the doors of the rooms are damaged .My most horrible experience till date in staying in a hotel even after giving a bomb amount for the same

Horrible . Think 100 times before coming here. Lift not working. Horrible food service. Orders dal rice , delivered after 3 hours. Bill is like as 5 star hotel . No TV in the room. Not safe also. Door locks are damaged. No card service for payment

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Rooms were below par, quilts were torn, no hot and cold running water. There were frequent power cuts in the middle of the night and those people did not even start the generator until shouted upon at 3.30 am in the night. Breakfast was awful. Checked out after just spending one night. Would never recommend it to anyone.

I booked a banquet last week the service was excellent parking area banquet hall food everything was superb and 24 hrs hot water available in the rooms. Overall all services was good like to visit again
