Most pathetic place …. Accepted the place is not expensive, and it convenient with the location… but full of mosquitoes ( I felt mosquitoes are complimentary in this budget) along with dirty and dusty washroom and bedroom area .Moreover the owner seems polite before the booking but in real he is too arrogant and unprofessional. I booked the room and paid the advance however when I checked in, it was full of mosquitoes. I called to owner and instead of resolving the issue he started argument and non stop nonsense talks. Unfortunately I had to leave the room in the middle of the night. Even after informing him in advance that I am going to check in, he made me wait outside on the road for 15 mins.. Such a horrible experience Never ever book this place..

Full of mosquitoes. Not clean. Kitchen has broken cabinets. We were offered 1st floor but found out that it was second and third. Rooms doesn’t have keys. We were there for wedding. It was a huge mistake. I would suggest to go around and check other properties in the neighbour they have better prices and rooms are much nicer. Our friends left because of the mosquitoes. Owner is arrogant. Parking is not convenient. Overcharged

The only thing that I liked about the stay was sufficient beds for the guests! I doubt if one can beat the price for the beds available at the property. But then this happened as I was offered an extra room since AC was not functional in the other one. Technically I used both the rooms. The reason for giving 2 stars can be read in reviews posted by other visitors, I would prefer not spend time to write same points.

property is nice but services not good. We had booked for 27th stay and the owner forgot the date even after taking 50% advance. We had specifically booked 1st floor and told him that we all need to stay together, end moment when we reached there he gave us partial rooms om 3rd floor and partial on 1st floor and my guests couldn't stay together. There were too many mosquitos and we highlighted this issue but there was no help and we couldn't sleep all night because of mosquitoes. Also, my friend forgot his charger, we called him and he did not even check and return it. Washrooms were not too clean and toilet paper wasnt there. Bisleri bottles were also refilled and not seal packed. It was a very bad experience and poor service.

Very good hospitality and the food was really amazing. It's a home stay and the aunt is really friendly and gives you homely environment. We happened to stumble across but it was worth it. Please call and verify your confirmation in advance. Aalu prathas for breakfast were finger licking good😁

When i visited the premises the owner 3 out of 5 rooms were looked n the owner lied that rooms are locked for cleanliness purpose. You can visit again. After payment when we visited, it was fully equipped with sewing machines, labourers and packets.

The guest house is really nice and well facilitated. The rooms are well furnished and maintained and the staff is cooperative and good mannered. Coming to the food the services are nice and food is tasty. The location is good and it's totally worth the money. Would totally recommend it.

I used this place to stay my guests for wedding function. It is not so great and not so bad, can be given a try.
