Hotel MGM Residency

WORST!!!!!!!!!! This hotel deserves zero rating , such a horrible place . The rooms and the hotel is nothing like it’s photos . The staff are cunning and rude . The room they provided had moulds on the walls , stains on bedsheet and pillows and dirty bathroom . The AC was not working, when we asked to switch it on the response was that nobody uses AC in Delhi and even if it works , it will blow out dust . After raising the issue , we demanded a refund. But then the staff at the hotel nagged us to stay the night and promised they will provide a better room the next day , also they said they will refund the money if we do not like the next room . Next day the alternative room they gave was equally bad and now the staff were angry and refused to refund the money . Never stay here , its the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel isn't anything like the pictures . Misleading. The rooms were not clean, according to my standards. I was also charged rs500 extra pn compared to Indians who paid rs 2000. At checkout, I was asked to pay 10500, whereas I should've paid 10000. When i asked, the guy just smiled. He put the 10k through my card and took 500 in cash. Guess where the 500 is going to. I just wanted to leave, so I couldn't be bothered.

Location is near from red fort. Old Delhi daryaganj area. Hotel is ok ok. Food is good.

Very Bad all staff ,room, room a/c, cleaness, not to drinking water available, washroom not to clean, VERY BED, DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL, ANY ONE PLZ..

The location is good. Rooms are also good for families but are a little less spacious. Hospitality was great
