My recent visit to Crown Deluxe, Karol Bagh, New Delhi was far from satisfactory. The lack of cleanliness in the bed and sofa was off-putting. The manager's unprofessionalism was evident as he charged unreasonable extra fees during the billing process, displaying a rude attitude. Furthermore, the network facility was unreliable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone; it fell short of expectations.

I regret choosing Crown Deluxe in Karol Bagh, New Delhi for my stay. The bed and sofa were not properly cleaned, leaving me unsatisfied. The manager's unprofessional behavior was evident during the billing process, where I was charged extra without any justification. Furthermore, the network facility was non-functional. Considering my negative experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone; it was a disappointing stay.

My stay at Crown Deluxe, Karol Bagh, New Delhi was a complete disaster. The lack of cleanliness in the bed and sofa was a major drawback. Moreover, the manager's treatment of customers was appalling, as he charged additional fees without any valid explanation and exhibited rude behavior. To make matters worse, the network facility was non-operational. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; it was a highly unsatisfactory experience.

For moderate budget Customers, this is best hotel for stay. Reception staff behavior is impressive. It's location is also good. Distance from Karol Bagh metro Station is ~500m.

I stayed in this hotel yesterday.... It is nice hotel and staff were very good people.... It's a very good experience.... I personally recommend you to stay in this hotel.... It's very well furnished.... I loved my stay in hotel crown delux

Worst experience - Management staff are garbage and hotel is dustbin not recommended for one day stay or for PG student, staff are doing illegal/corrupt activities hotel is not clean water problem they take bribe (dalali) from tourist without any service providing
