Hotel Blue Saffron

I booked this hotel through the *OYO App* after checking its ratings, but my experience was terrible. Upon arrival, I was kept waiting in the lobby for nearly an hour. The staff said the hotel was fully booked, and my room wasn’t ready because previous guests hadn’t checked out. Despite being tired from my solo trip, I waited, but I eventually got frustrated. During my wait, I noticed that no families were checking in. The hotel was in an isolated area, and it seemed to cater mostly to unmarried couples booking rooms for fun. It became clear why my room wasn’t ready—it seemed they prioritized these short-term bookings. I felt unsafe and decided to look for other options nearby, but the situation was the same elsewhere. With no choice, I returned to this hotel. The staff finally told me my room was ready, but I requested to see it first. My doubts about cleanliness were confirmed. The room smelled bad, the bedsheets had stains, the bathroom had hair everywhere, and the floor was dirty. That was the final straw—I picked up my bag and left the property immediately. **In short:** This hotel is not suitable for solo travelers, families, or even decent couples. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

I had the worst experience at Blue Saffron. Our attendant, Vishal, was uneducated ,extremely rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty, with no towels or toiletries provided. Things took a turn for the worse when I went out to attend a wedding, and Vishal locked the main hotel door behind me. We called him multiple times and knocked on the door for over 30 minutes, but nobody came to help. In the end, I had to jump over the door to wake him up. It was an absolute nightmare, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is no option below 1 rating otherwise it must be given minus 10. The worst experience ever. The rooms, the staff, cleaning, basic facility, parking, paint , smell .. everything worst. Never ever choose this property. Don’t even trust #MMT #makemytrip . They didn’t cooperate in any way to resolve our grievance.

Worst room ever. No proper cleaning and hygiene. A lot of dirty water on floor with an uncountable number of mosquitos. Taps and other accessories in washroom were leaking. No cleaning on the floor. Bed sheets and Blankets were dirty as hell. Stains on the curtain and walls. Large number of mosquitos in room also. Very poor location. Rude behaviour of staff. Just ridiculous. I recommend to all never ever visit this hotel. Totally scam. Too expensive. Rooms are not even worth for 500/-. They are charging extremely high. And mosquitos are the worst part of our stay . We had to order mosquito repellent to survive the stay .
