Clarks Inn Suites, Near Raipur Airport

Had a very good experience during my stay with my family. The hotel management team was truly helpful, courteous, and cooperative throughout. The breakfast was awesome with a great variety and delicious taste – it definitely made a great start to each day. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel was peaceful, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. A special appreciation to the GM Sir, who is personally involved in ensuring guest comfort and happiness – it’s rare to see such dedication. His presence and personal touch made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I had a wonderful and pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and warm hospitality.

The location of the hotel is undoubtedly perfect — that’s the one thing that worked well during my stay. However, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to the expectations of a 4-star property. • The water served during breakfast was contaminated ,I’ve attached a video for reference. • They don’t have chilled water available even on request. • No refrigerator is provided in the room, which is a basic amenity. • While the room size and cleanliness were good, the overall services felt more like a 1 or 2-star hotel. • They do not allow outside food, but ironically, if you place an order after 11:30 PM, they tell you there’s no chef available

Had the opportunity to taste authentic Chattisgarh dishes...monnga aloo vadi and angakar roti. Haven't tastes these dishes before. Excellent taste and good service. Special mention to Mr Pradipto and Ms Bhumi for their hospitality. Recommend these dishes to all

Rooms are good and spacious and location is also good. Cons: 1. You cant access the TV as it is old model and no apps are there even you cant access with your login credentials so no use of TV 2. Very limited Indian cuisines for Veg meals 3. Breakfast buffet is very poor in terms of quality 4. Even though no guest were there , forcefully checked out not at all cooperative management. 5. This is basically a 2 star hotel in terms of staff behavior and services.

Choosing Clark Inn suites for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration was one of the best decisions I made. The ambience was simply beautiful, and the banquet looked absolutely stunning. A special thanks to Mr. Suraj Sharma for organizing the entire event so smoothly and professionally. All my guests had a wonderful time – in fact, the atmosphere was so welcoming that guests who arrived at 7 PM stayed until 11 PM, enjoying every moment. Truly a fantastic place to host special occasions!
