NillI had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Grand Imperia, Raipur. The property clearly lacks regular repair and maintenance – many areas look neglected. Parking is a big hassle, poorly managed and very inconvenient for guests. On top of that, the staff behavior was rude and unprofessional, which left a very bad impression. The food quality was below average and definitely not up to the mark for a hotel of this standard. Overall, not worth the price – would not recommend unless major improvements are made.

NillSo, I want to file a complaint on Google regarding Hotel Grand Imperia, where I left an item behind. I’ve contacted them multiple times, requesting them to check the CCTV footage, but they told me that if it’s a small item, it’s my fault and not theirs, and they would only pay attention to expensive items. I found this mentality extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They did not help me at all, even though I informed them the very same day I forgot my item. They didn’t make any effort to check the CCTV or offer any solution. This kind of approach reflects very poorly on the hotel’s customer service standards. I would strongly suggest that the hotel management look into this issue and ensure their staff is properly trained and attentive.

NillThe day manager was not cooperative and very stubborn. They charged me 77 rupees for a 14 rupees thumbs up bottle, which is a lot. So, it broke my trust of charging reasonable rate for food. That’s why I didn’t eat there. Attaching the proof of overcharging herewith.
