Dear Neelam Grand Hotel Team, I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and I would like to share my feedback on the experience. Room & Cleanliness: The room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping things neat during my stay. The ambiance was peaceful, which added to a relaxing experience. Room Service: The room service was prompt and courteous. The staff was polite and responsive to requests. However, there’s a little room for improvement in reducing wait times during peak hours. Food & Dining: The food was delicious and nicely presented. I especially enjoyed [you can mention a specific dish if you liked it, e.g., "the butter chicken and naan combo"]. The variety in the menu was good, though adding more local or seasonal specialties could enhance the dining experience even further. ❌❌❌❌Bad hospitality if i had option for 0 i would have rated it 0. From starting only it was pathetic experience ,no one to offer any welcome drink or anything, it was raining outside and we came all the way getting wet the reception staff saw the thing but they also cared about it, at least they would have asked us for a coffee or tea. After providing IDs and all the check-in process there was no one which can guide us to our alloted room no.. The reception staff sent us by saying *you have to take right and then straight then again right & raste me kisi se pooch lena* this kind of hospitality as i mentioned it was raining outside we had to walk all the way to our room (without guidance) that is too 200 metres from the main reception area ,on heavy rain without any umbrella offered to us. Reception staff 0 Hospitality 0 Management 0 Food - didn't ordered Overall - felt like wasting the money.

As mentioned on the booking site, no welcome drinks were provided. The room was clean and the food tasted decent. However, the bathroom had a poor slope — water didn’t drain properly and nearly overflowed into the room while showering. The most concerning issue was being charged ₹56 for a pre-packed water bottle with an MRP of ₹22. Despite multiple follow-ups, it took 4 hours to get a bill, which appeared to be an edited Word document — raising serious concerns about billing transparency. I may consider taking this up with the consumer court.

Recently, Booked the banquet hall for farewell celebration. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the ambience was great, and they delivered everything as they promised.A great place for social gatherings. The GM of the hotel is very humble and co-operative.

Experience is really awful. Everything is extra charged. You will get a QR for menu, they will have limited things over there and if you order something different, as simple as juice they will tell you 100rs a glass but while billing they will charge you 175 a glass. They will give you a 20Rs bottle of water and charge you 60Rs. Coming to food, order something and get something else tadaaa surprise, but you have to pay wholeheartedly for the sake of “sorry sir”. Now, keep calling people for service, for things as small as tissue paper or ice cubes. You will be kept waiting. Now, finally if you raise complaint service provider will tell you “ jaao kardo viral”. No doubt why aren’t people coming to this place. I am not going to this place again for sure, not even recommending to others.

The stay has been absolutely wonderful and the staff is so courteous. Hospitality at its best. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. Totally worth it

Since they have renovated the place its nice. The rooms are good and updated. If you book through any booking app you can get it at a great price

Nice rooms in the Hotel.Good food and good feeling.Nice facilities provided during our whole stay .We had our conference and stay from the JK Laxmi cement Odisha. Awesome experience.
