I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Lalit Mahal. Before booking, their sales representative clearly confirmed multiple times that unmarried couples are allowed. However, after reaching out again, they denied it and refused to take responsibility for the wrong information. When I asked for a refund, they said it would be initiated soon, but it’s been 15 days with no update. Calls and messages are now being ignored. It’s unfair for customers to suffer due to the team’s miscommunication. I hope the management looks into this seriously.

I recently attended the 'Teachers Day cum school reunion' program. It was an awesome experience, a grand party with teachers and classmates, nostalgia at it's peak, gratitude for teachers, joy of meeting old friends, beautiful decoration reflecting school life, dancing beats of music and lavish array of mouth-watering delicacies, overall an evening to cherish for years to come ❤️✨✨

Reception Staff is good specially Nisha. Polite and respectful But Room is very average Not at all as per tariff. Other hotels in the city are far far better in room quality that too in less price.

Dishonest Pool Policy & Deceptive Management at this hotel. Absolutely disgusted with this hotel. After using the pool consistently for almost a year, they suddenly changed the timings without warning. When we questioned it, the manager lied directly to our faces, claiming the pool was "booked" – a blatant fabrication. This blatant disrespect for loyal customers and outright dishonesty is unacceptable. Avoid this hotel if you expect transparency and integrity. The name of the guy who attended us at reception was Ajay.

Terrible Experience with Hotel Lalit Mahal! I purchased discount coupons for food at Hotel Lalit Mahal, thinking it would be a good deal. The coupons clearly had NO terms and conditions mentioned about specific meals. There was no fine print, no restrictions — nothing saying they couldn't be used for breakfast. However, when I visited and tried to redeem the coupon for breakfast, the staff rudely denied it, saying it can't be used for breakfast. What kind of scam is this? If there were any restrictions, they should have been mentioned clearly at the time of purchase or printed on the coupons themselves. Instead, they chose to hide this information and conveniently deny redemption later. Extremely unprofessional and misleading! I would never recommend Hotel Lalit Mahal to anyone. If this is how they treat paying customers, it speaks volumes about their honesty and customer service. Pathetic experience. Stay away unless you enjoy being cheated.
