Nice rooms but sad to say they've very bad maintainance, no cleaning was done prior to room handover but done upon requesting. Near to Aiims, situated Roadside, food is also available on room, good for accomodation and transport facility.

अभी आज ही इस होटल से आए है। This was the one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life, in a very pathetic condition. I check in at approx 11.00 AM. लगभग 3 बजे लाइट चली जाती है, पूछने पर पता चलता है कि they don't have any power backup. I waited till 8.30 PM लेकिन फिर भी लाइट नहीं आई और ना होटल वाले ने लाइट की कोई व्यवस्था कराई । फिर से रिसेप्शन पर मैने कहा या तो कोई अल्टरनेट व्यस्था करे या फिर पैसे रिफंड करे, ताकि हम कही और दूसरे होटल में जाके देखे, परन्तु वहां कोई भी सुनने को तैयार नहीं और 10 मिनट रुक जाइए 20 मिनट रुक जाए कहते रहे। आखिरकार 9.30 पर वो लोग दूसरे होटल में शिफ्ट करने को रेडी हुए जो वहां से 8 से 9 किलोमीटर था लेकिन उन्होंने कहा कि हमें खुद ही वहां जाना पड़ेगा, फिर बहुत बोलने पर कि unknown place par कैसे हम रात को जा पाएंगे, उन्होंने ने अपने एक स्टाफ मेंबर को साथ में भेजा। दूसरे होटल में पहुंचने पर क्या देखते है कि वह होटल तो और भी ज्यादा worst है। Light frequently आ जा रही हैं, A C काम नहीं कर रहा और room में वेंटिलेशन नाम की कोई चीज नहीं। फिर हमने फिर होटल को call किया और बोला कि यहां पर रहना पॉसिबल नहीं। तब वो बोला कि आप वापिस आ जाएं लाइट आ गई। इस तरह से रात 11.00 के आस पास फिर से hotel आए । रात में वापस पहुंच कर लगा कि अब कोई problem नहीं होगी....but this was not the end...At morning when we wake up, there was no wather in washroom. Again I complained at reception then they on the moter. So dear all this was the experience I have in hotel. If possible I gave negative star...

Just came back from this hotel today. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life, in a very pathetic condition. I check in at approx 11.00 AM. At around 3 PM the power goes off, on asking I came to know that they don't have any power backup. I waited till 8.30 PM but still the power did not come and the hotel did not make any arrangements for the power. Again I asked the reception to either make an alternate arrangement or refund the money so that we can go and check some other hotel, but no one there was ready to listen and kept saying wait for 10 minutes or 20 minutes. Finally at 9.30 they agreed to shift to another hotel which was 8 to 9 kilometers from there but they said that we will have to go there ourselves, then after much insistence that how will we be able to go to an unknown place at night, they sent one of their staff members along. On reaching the second hotel we saw that the hotel was even worse. Lights were coming and going frequently, A.C. was not working and there was no ventilation in the room. Then we called the hotel again and said that it was not possible to stay there. Then they said that you should come back, the lights had come back. In this way we came back to the hotel around 11:00 at night. After reaching back at night we felt that now there would be no problem....but this was not the end...At morning when we woke up, there was no wather in the washroom. Again I complained at reception then they on the motor. So dear all this was the experience I have in this hotel. If possible I gave negative star...
