Hotel O Raipur City Center Formerly Hotel Edge

I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel left me no choice. After multiple reminders, no one came to clean the room, change the bedsheets, or even empty the trash. The room was filthy, with dirty sheets, dust everywhere, and an unbearable smell. The staff is extremely lazy and careless. They don’t listen, don’t respond, and clearly don’t care about guest comfort. Despite several complaints, nothing was done to fix the issue. The attitude of the staff made everything worse—they were unhelpful, rude, and completely unprofessional. This was by far the worst hotel stay of my life. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy sleeping in dirt and being ignored when you ask for basic service. Definitely not worth your money or peace of mind.

Place of dirty rooms. Never changed bed spreads. Outside food not allowed. Broken AC. Smelly room and elevator. Room full of cockroaches. Uncleaned toilets. Hairs on the bed. No geyser for hot water. Photos in this application all r fake. Do not see their beautified photos and book rooms in this hotel. Never recovered this hotel for stay.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I recently stayed at Hotel Edge , and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, with beautifully designed interiors and a serene atmosphere. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious dishes catering to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. What stood out the most was the impeccable hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend hotel edge for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I would definitely visit again!

This is a proper oyo hotel. If you looking forward to stay with family, i would say avoid it. The would rate it average when it comes to cleaning, service.

Very bad service, rooms very dirty, geezer not working, smell of smoking fills the corridor. When I asked about why does it smell so much, they said its an oyo room ehat else do you expect. I called the oyo customer service. They said all issues will be resolved within half an hour. The issues were never resolved. Every night water goes away at 11 pm and does not come before morning. Horrible experience.

I was very scared when I see how geyser electricity coming to my bucket through pipes it's a public health emergency if you going there service are tooo late .. 5 hours of check in we don't get towels no water in tap .. ac use to throw ice ... The room quality was very bad need service or koi bhi galti se mat chale jana ... Ac kaam nhi krta na fan na light na tv ...

The stay was perfect. Staff behaviour was good. Everything was served on time and cleanliness was excellent and Ac was also working nice.

It was terrible experienced, I booked the hotel through make my trip, as per booked room & facilities were not match, room was not clean as well as ac water drain continuously in side the room, bedsheet were not proper clean, water storage in washroom.
