Only good thing about this is the location, it is just near to railway station, so good for commuting. Rooms are dirty, smelly. Very less amenities. Very limited breakfast and with dirty utensils. The hotel was made good but maintenance is very poor. They need to hire people with good eyesight and nose to see and smell the place.

We have booked the hotel for marriage purpose and Everything was up to mark, the cooperation of Manager (Mr Jai Singh) or the hotel staffs, everything. The food was amazing, even all those from Barati who stayed and the guests who had dinner everyone has appreciated the arrangements. I strongly recommend this hotel for any kind of functions. They will arrange it like the party is of their own.

Had a very bad experience and highly disappointed. 0 for staff behaviour 0 for Hospitality I have been coming from approx 2 years their rates have always been fluctuating when you arrive at hotel even after saying that last time when you came they had promised that this will be the same rate but the staff and rates keep on changing. When told to speak with upper management thier manager is always busy and has no time to speak with guest staying at their hotel. The worst experience came when I had train at 5.30 am I had cleared the bills a day before and informed that i will be leaving by 5 am still the lift was kept off i have to carry all the bags by myself from 5 th floor till ground. I think this experience is enough for me to not come back as this people dont care at all with what experience a guest might be leaving. Only good thing about this hotel is location and rooms. Everything else is just worst.

The staff at the reception don't know basic decency of talking to a lady, leave alone hospitality, and they are running a hotel. Two front guys at the reception think they have enough audacity to validate a woman's marriage. Even after showing our marriage certificate which isn't required by any law, they told my spouse that her marriage with me would only be valid if she changes her aadhar card and puts my name as "husband" even though she had made it long before our marriage and has her parent's name on it. Their behaviour is extremely regressive and unacceptable. I still can't believe how dare they say that. These men are a threat to the society and the planet as they even denied our marriage certificate stating a woman has to have her "husband's name" on her aadhar card.

The hotel lacks everything except the good behavior of the staff. The facilities that should be there in this high tariff hotel are not there at all. Glass,cups, nothing is available in the room. Room service is very-very slow. Bathroom is very small. And yes,please do not take tea here,otherwise you will be in bad mood.It may get worse....

Horrible. Even for married couples with a marriage certificate, a women needs her "HUSBAND'S" name on her AADHAR CARD. The staff (all men) are extremely nasty and they wanted to dictate my life (a customer with enough education and experience but being treated terribly just because I'm a woman), and as a woman, travelling with my spouse and marriage certificate (even though it's not mandated anywhere), they denied rooms and suggested that I should get my "Husband's" name on my AADHAR card if I wanted to get a room. I wish I could give them no stars if I had that option. And they are still doing business after such violations. And they mentioned that this is a mandate of Bihar Government. I also know that no action will ever be taken against such entities and no justice will be served because I've realised from their behaviour how they see and treat women.

Restaurant food is too bad….fried rice which was supposed too have a good amount of veggies,which was missing that too twice,For manchurian you need put your effort to cut it,we asked the waited to exchange and again he gave the same hart manchurian.

Hyy my name is satyam my room number is 505 recently I visit this hotel mind blowing experience room, service, food spacilly for staff mind blowing staff and room net and clean and receptionist are very helpful and very good I visit again thank you so much the four seasons to good service ❤❤👍
