Hotel O VRK Residency

Worst behaviour by staff to vacate the room. for the 10 mins delay of checkout. Called multiple times within 5 mins. It got delayed since my mom wanted to use washroom. We have checked in at 1pm a day before. Definitely would not suggest for the rude behaviour. We have stayed their for couple for days for moms treatment.

Worst hotel ever. Full of cockroaches. No maintenance at all. Staff is very rude. Can't get more worst than this.

People are money minded asked extra money from me where i came just 20 mins earlier before check in and no complementary food is provided The staff is bit rude they just talks u like as of they are giving u room for free positives are privacy is good no one will disturb u and the rooms are very good and have tv ac and good bathroom

Completely cheating from oyo management.. As oyo lady executive has given false commitments regarding early checkin. I have asked for early checkin.. And lady person has confirmed and took advance 30% through phone itself.. But after reaching hotel.. The hotel management has refused to give early checkin.. And demanded for 30% extra charges for checkin.. Its a completely game between oyo and the hotel management. its very disgusting and rediculous.. not at all happy.. shame on the oyo management and their executive who are cheating public..!

Worst experience.. Only the Rooms are good, no room service, but we going to 11 pm I book a hotel at OYO, but the hotel people said no rooms if u want a room pay extra money 500/- Before check-in they took extra money for demand, worst argument 30min with the hotel management.. Finally, I suggest don't book online or don't choose this property.....

Worst Hotel to stay in vizag, They denie pre-bookings and demand for more fair when go for check-in. Staff behaviour is very Rude. bunch of idiots running that hotel. complete business tactics, people always return unsatisfied..

The behaviour of the staff was atrocious. Room condition was pathetic. Location is horrible.

Neighbourhood area, prices are to High if comparative to services n whatever provided Adding etc charges for everything you ask for and provided only 5 ruppes of soap n 1 ruppe clinic plus shampoo , washroom was too compact
