I had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Vizag! The location is absolutely prime, with stunning views of the beach right from the window. It's perfect for anyone looking to enjoy both the beauty of the sea and the convenience of being close to key attractions. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the hospitality was top-notch, making it a great getaway! Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Vizag.

1) Broken sofa... No place to sit in the hall. 2) The centralized AC what shown in pics is not working... However there is a split AC and tht should suffice only one side of the Hall... 3) No doubt this is infront of beach view but with the given price we have many good opportunities to explore and check In.. Cant have more than 2 adults in this home stay. 4) Before speaking ensure all communication is clear as we get call recordings later on and say this was not agreed and all... This was very surprising for me for the first time and never heard of this in spite of many bookings and vacations i do with other homestays and all.... Surprisingly what spoken was not there but rest all was recorded especially on price... I checked out in the morning when communication was very clear that checkout will be delayed by 3 hours due to the train to Hyderabad at the time of booking.... Overall not a great experience...

Had recently stayed here the owner is not professional doesn’t know how to talk with customers the room looks good in the photos but it’s been damaged from the inside we had stayed in the 1st floor flat u am adding the photos of the conversation had with the owner we had came and slept as soon as we arrived we had a long jornuey from delhi please look at the conversation below would not suggest anyone to stay here

Maison Marie is amazing beach property and has spacious rooms and most stunning views of the sea. We can just hop skip and jump and play with the waves. This is definitely worth visiting again and again. This is my second visit and they are continuously improving their property. Just try and accomodate a small kitchen and this place will be unbeatable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at “Summer Breeze”and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The house was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with a breathtaking beach view that I couldn't get enough of. The location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of food options within walking distance. But what truly made this stay special was the exceptional hospitality of the owner. They were incredibly cooperative and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this Stay to anyone looking for a fantastic and convenient beachside stay. Five stars without a doubt!

THIRD CLASS EXPERIENCE WITH THE PROPERTY Review for Mason Marie, Vizag - THIS IS 1BHK not 2BHK I am disappointed with my recent experience at Mason Marie. The listing claimed the property had two bedrooms, which led us to book it for four guests, expecting adequate space for two families. Upon arrival, we discovered that there was only one actual bedroom, while the second bed was awkwardly placed in the common hall, offering no privacy for our family. The misleading representations in the listing were frustrating. The numerous photographs showcasing beds in different linens created confusion, making it seem like there were two separate bedrooms. This lack of clarity can easily mislead potential guests. Additionally, our communication with the host, who is apparently named Sankar, was far from satisfactory. Instead of dealing with the expected host, we were in contact with a lady who was unprofessional and impolite in her communications. Overall, this experience felt like a deception due to the false advertising of the listing, and I believe this property is not worth the price charged. I would not recommend Mason Marie to others looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

Do not book this from Airbnb if you need 2 bedroom flat. The owner is running a scam by listing this as 2 bhk apartment. Actually it is 1 bhk. The owner Shankar is not operating this, instead some random lady operates this. Pathetic experience in this property. They have given multiple pictures in the Airbnb app by providing multiple photographs of the property after changing the bed linen, so that people can think it is having multiple beds. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS FROM AIRBNB! Third class service as well if you compare Airbnb standards!
