Chalapathi Lodge

Please don't go with the photos and reviews. The rooms look spacious in photos but they are very small. The room service is very bad, totally unhygienic. They don't clean the room properly. The bathroom and cupboards are full of cockroaches. Even the pillow covers and bedsheets look like they haven't been cleaned for a long time. For the money paid they don't clean the room and if you call them for cleaning they ask for extra money. There are many other hotels nearby, please check before booking. Note: Please don't book online, there is a huge price difference. And if you are booking for any reason, don't book for the room which includes breakfast option. They charge you 350-450 extra for the room and bring the breakfast from below the hotel which costs hardly 70-80 rupees.

Very nice rooms at this budget. Better to contact them directly and book instead of booking of hotel aggregators. Rooms are as shown in pictures. Bathroom is clean. Hot water is available. TV and wifi are available. Common RO filter is available. Lift is available. Food is available in the hotel below the lodge. They have charged me 1000rs for 3 persons ( 1 room with a king bed)

Never choose this place as an option either for fooding or for lodging. Worst experiance.

Chalpatti Lodge is an affordable lodge in the vizag city. It is near to RK Beach. 3 Km approx. You can go there in the morning. That is the best time to spend there. Because the beach sun rises you see there and a fish aquarium is also there. RK Beach road is the longest sea shore road in the city. Coming to the chalpatti review, The room is clean and well maintained hotel. The price of the room was 1200 Rs per day for a double bed. Service was also good when we were there. Restaurant is also there in ground floor area. Quality of food is also good except their spicy stuff. Overall service of the chalpatti lodge is up to the mark. Those who are planing to go there. Please try this lodge also. Because it is near to the point of visiting places like , RK Beach 3 km Kailash Giri 8 km Rishikonda 10 km Bheemli Beach 32 km Vishakapatnam Railway station

A beautiful hotel located at a wonderful location. Offers almost a 4 star experience at a very low cost. I would suggest not to book from online apps. Rather call them and talk to the owner. Non ac rooms are available at a price of around Rs 800 during peak seasons. Wifi available. 24hrs running hot water. Clean rooms. But washrooms are a bit small. But that would not be a problem.. clean drinking RO water available .

Cleanliness- 8/10 . Room,corridor, washrooms are clean. Perryware interiors. But, bedsheets have stains and are not cleaned properly. Staff- 9/10. Helpful and attentive staffs. Value for money - 10/10. Reasonable price. 800 per non-ac/night. Location- 10/10. Located near RK beach and Dolphin' nose. Facilities- 9/10. Hot water, RO, lift, available. Additionally, stay-cycle starts from the time of check-in. If you check-in @ 2pm, check out time will be @2pm on next day for a single day stay.
