Potential guests, heed this warning: do not book here under any circumstances. The experience is not only appalling but also potentially exploitative. The receptionist is utterly deplorable—illiterate, rude, and completely unprofessional. Their behavior is unacceptable, showing zero regard for basic courtesy or customer service. The management is equally reprehensible, failing to honor any promises made about pricing or check-out times. Their word means nothing; they will lie blatantly to extract more money from you. This establishment is driven by pure greed. Their sole focus is fleecing guests, with no concern for service or integrity. At check-out, expect to be slapped with unjustified extra charges, accompanied by absurd, baseless arguments. The staff will shamelessly shout at you if you dare question their tactics—utterly disgraceful conduct. Hygiene is a nightmare. The premises are filthy, with beer bottles strewn across the terrace and lobbies, creating an unsafe and unwelcoming environment, particularly for women. The overall atmosphere is deplorable and hazardous. This hotel is a scam, plain and simple. It is not safe, not clean, and not worth a single penny. Avoid it at all costs—unless you want to be cheated, disrespected, and endangered. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. ❌️❌️**Not recommended to anyone.**❌️❌️

Advantage: 1. It was a new hotel,so it was clean and well maintained. 2. Just opposite of Sea and sea view rooms are available. 3. Family rooms with sea view available. 4. Amenities like Lift,Intercom,AC,TV (Smart TV), WiFi are available. 5. Parking facility is available. Disadvantages: 1. In house kitchen was not available. You have to depend on outside food only. 2. Card Payment option is not available. Although UPI facility is available.(UPI through Credit Card is not available) 3. Sufficient light was not present inside the room.

Worst Service and zero cleanliness. We prebooked and paid for quadruple room but it's unhygienic. Even managing team is so rude first they said check out at 3:30 and in morning they said at 11. Ridiculous Managing team. They don't know how to talk with guest and most probably everyone n everyday their cleaner n staff ask for money tip Rubbish!! They don't give complementary such a pathetic. They take towel for replace and guess what they forget to give. We order for coffee get it after 2 hour and we order water bottle they forget again. We already ask about hospitality n kitchen timings but don't get response. At last one boy come for tip again. Building good from outside inside no maintenance and staff are worst.

Hotel Harbour View in Visakhapatnam is a newly built, budget-friendly option located near the sea beach, though it's about 2 km away from the more popular RK Beach. The hotel offers basic facilities and the rooms are acceptable, but the washrooms are not very clean and the tap water is salty. It does not have its own restaurant and relies on nearby eateries for food service. While it might be a decent choice for a single night's layover, it's not recommended for a vacation stay.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. First of all, the cleanliness was really bad — the rooms and bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned. The staff’s behavior was also unprofessional, which made things even more frustrating. There was a lot of miscommunication among the staff, so we kept getting different answers from different people. On top of that, they tried to charge us extra money for extra mattresses, even though they never mentioned any such charges when we booked the room. They didn’t even provide basic amenities like bottled water and glasses. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 👎👎👎🛑🛑

Location is good if you get a window view outlooking the sea. There is mold under the blanket and they put a sheet over it trying to cover it up, I didn't realize until after waking up. They refused to change it. Our key stopped working after 4 hours and the managment took forever to get us a new one. Absolutely horrible experience.

Recently I visited this hotel and first day my earbuds got theifed from my room by the cleaning staff.( I have proof I clicked picture of room when we go outside) .I go to the staff and also talk to manager but they didn't take any action against it. They said if we will find we will give you. And nothing happened. Please be careful don't give permission to clean the room when you are not in the room. Service is very bad they cut my calls and one of them blocked me. They said no one go to your room but room curtains where changed and beds position where diffrent. And also they called us to ask for cleaning and we denied. After that all. 👎

Absolutely terrible experience. The service was unprofessional, the rooms were dirty, and the staff was completely unresponsive to complaints. The photos online are misleading — nothing looks the same in reality. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. It was a complete waste of money and ruined our trip. Avoid at all costs.
