I have stayed for 4 days with family on a personal trip. Complimentary breakfast is good, more varieties, but same dishes, need to change the varities. Rooms are good n elegant Staff behaviour is good

Useless service and they didn’t even respecting customer also..we ordered veg thali and we don’t have time so we asked them to bring fast..after 20min they asked again what do you want sir..after received veg thali the service person didn’t not bring what we need..no one bothering about us…the food taste is horrible we will get better food for 100rs with same ambiance and better service..we settled the bill but we didn’t paid the tip due to their service..while leaving they talking in disrespectful.. Shameful and unprofessional behaviour.. Don’t waste and money and time here..

Extremely disappointed by their service in the restaurant.. though not over crowded , service lacked responsibility.. the ordered Thali was coming late, later whatever was requested they brought them late suprisingly they had reasons for the delay .. extremely disappointed. Bill was fast and tips were asked ( from their expressions ) .. This is the second time happening to us. Not to degrade their service but just wrote what we felt
