Hotel Minerva Grand Vijayawada

Food was ok, we ordered one veg-thali, and corn fried rice, paneer buttermasala 1. Veg thali was not tasty, just to kill hunger only and not for the Taste buds. 2. Good for spice lovers, as they added pepper 3. PBM universally same taste every where Note: service was not good, we should wait for the person to take the order atleast from MEDIEVAL to MODERN age... Should have a walk for AMBIENCE only.

It is such a shame that such a popular restaurant has such poor service and management. We visited this place on a Monday afternoon (fairly less busier) there was a delay in accommodating and even more delay in serving food. The branch is severely understaffed. The food is average too. Didnt expect this from Minerva.

We went for dinner and we ordered idli sambar, onion utapam, onion dosa, onion rava dosa, masala rava dosa, roti and kaju tomato curry, poori, milk shakes, pineapple juice and watermelon juice. Except Roti and rava msala dosa rest all items are good and cost is also reasonable. For 10 people the bill was 2552. Most of the items which are in menu is not available. Overall it's good place to have food with family and friends Loved it and will surely visit again

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Minerva grand vijayawada and it was a letdown from start to finish. *Cons:* - Understaffed restaurant - Delayed order delivery - Unavailable menu items - Poor service - Inaccurate ordering *Suggestions for Improvement:* 1. Increase staffing levels to improve service. 2. Update menu to reflect available items. 3. Implement a more efficient ordering and delivery system. 4. Provide compensation or apologies for errors.

Food was excellent especially Breakfast was awesome and rooms was neat and clean and well received by the front office staff.it was pleasant stay and Afternoon thali at restaurant was purely as Andhra style and enjoyed as lot by the family. I will recommend this hotel

This review is regarding the Minerva restaurant, l have recently visited for lunch with my family, we are extremely Unsatisfied with the service as well as food. At first Food taste is awful and the portion size with respective price they charge is really low quantity. And even they charge double then the MRP for water bottle.

I have never seen this type of service. I went 2PM and till 2:30PM no one took order from me. I went to floor manager and asked no one came to me and took order. Then he took the order and served food. Worst service in Minerva.

Very convenient location, with easy access to different areas of the city. Good free breakfast. Blue Fox same as Hyderabad with varied Indo Chinese dishes. Room was comfortable, clean and good service.
