Online payments are not considered. You will have to pay again even if you pay online. This happened to me before also so I directly called OYO and asked to book my room but when I went there they said they don’t take online payments then why the hell do they have that option? Then I called oyo again and said the whole thing then they apologised but that doesn’t make me feel any better. Many people don’t know this and book on app and can’t get refunds. Since I have experienced this kind of thing before too I was able to get refund. So guys be careful with oyo do not book online go to the hotel or call and know all these details beforehand

Bleady hotel and staff, same issue as others said they are demanding extra payment minimum 1200. I booked online and they are not allowed us and finally i paid the amount and asked for the bill and they said no bill. I have tried to reach out to the Oyo support which is again a worst support center. Finally the house staff informed that the area manager Surya is aware of it and not sure why Oyo is still listing this does local manager will get commission/ bribe?

Low cost on Oyo and when you go there if you pay on Oyo they will not consider that money but ask you to pay again but double the amount and they don't even have a list of bookings made from Oyo. Do not pay online and the price is min 1200 per room and can vary according to their mood I guess.! And only 2 members can stay in the room regardless of your need and requirements.

I had booked this place for a few hours stay as I arrived in the morning. After booking, I contacted the hotel to inform them of my late arrival (only the next day), and if I could get a couple of hours extension - which was agreed. When I arrived, I realised it was a house with 2 rooms which is used by OYO. Rooms were ok. But I was surprised, the lady wouldn't let me in. She said 'saab is not here'. I told her, I am traveling and I need a couple of hours rest before i go for another meeting. She didn't budge. What more, the contact person's phone was switched off 😬🤦 I had to call my friend who spoke Telugu to explain the situation, but she kept saying, no one told me anything, so I can't let him in. Finally, after 30 minutes I was allowed in. And I took a quick shower and put my head down to rest, and the lady who manned the place called with another lady, perhaps a receptionist, and said, "Sir wants to talk." He apologized .. but then not only my entry was delayed, but my short sleep was disturbed. They gave me a towel, but no soap or toothbrush, etc. It's okay for a quick transit, but the management need to ensure the local host is hospitable. It was a bitter experience.

1. Asked me to pay an extra amount over the price mentioned in App. 2. Very dirty bedsheets, pillows and blankets.(Refer pictures) 3. Room full of cockroaches, bugs, and mosquitos. And, room smells. 4. There is no regulator for fan. It only works at highest speed. 5. There's No WiFi and No TV. 6. Toilet amenities don't work. (Iykwim) 7. No towels or soaps provided.

Wrist hotel ever seen my life. They will show low prices in OYO and charge double price while checking It is completely cheting game Dear friends my humble request to every one do not check in this hotel by any cost.

Bedsheets and bed covers are worst, not even washed I guess, pillow and pillow cover also looks untidy, my four years UG hostel pillow looks better than this, no wifi, no towels provided, it's not even a hotel, just a service apartment who rented for oyo, they demand more money than the price shows in oyo, room also smells a lot and Cockroaches included, worst ever oyo experience, please try to avoid this hotel if you're looking for comfortable stay.

No proper reception, location is not correct. Even call center couldn't find it.
