SPOT ON Hotel MSR GRAND

Rooms are not good at all. And they charges very high amount no maintenance. For couples insted of oyo it is a good place.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The rooms were dirty, with no regular cleaning. There was no food menu available, and the staff seemed more focused on making money than providing good service. To make matters worse, the bill had "Hotel Taj" on it, which felt misleading and fraudulent. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and honest experience.

The worst experience I ever had. Rooms are too worst with mosquito, bed bugs, cockroaches. Unfortunately I got to know these things after payment and they are not ready for refund so I had strucked there for few hours. They are not even having mosquito killers in rooms. With the same pay we can get much better hotels in vijayawada. Please don't choose this hotel even unexpectedly. You'll definetly regret fot it. WORST HOTEL IN VIJAYAWADA

Description says it is 3 star hotel, but is worse than local lodge. Bedsheets and pillows are stained, Walls are stained, Room and washroom are not clean. Thank God, only thing working is the AC.

Wash rooms are bad. The seat rim is broken. Only geyser tap working. Wash basin is too small to use and not neat. Room flooring is good and but beds not maintained properly.

Rooms here looks very old, especially washrooms are not good. It is completely closed so no ventilation and also looks very hot. Very near to Benz circle.

Dont book this hotel by any source either oyo or Agoda Site because this hotel is not considering these site online booking even though if you show confirmation mail or receipt.. Details- I was travelling from Blore-VSTC with family though to take a day rest @ Vijayawada night, Booked hotel via Agoda(Partner- Oyo) but when i reached @hotel they didnt accept this booking by saying pay me double, tried to reach customer care but they didnt help much.. later they refund my previous booking amount by saying price was increased.. so i saty with fresh boking by paying double amount.. Moral of the story dont trust these site booked directly on hotel sites so you will get Hussle less time.

Worst experience in life. They charge high, don't 9bey what OYO says. Reached around 10 pm with family after 800km drive, just to stay for 5 hrs at night, they charged me 500 rs higher than what OYO says. that to no oyo link payment, pay cash/gpay. It is a abandoned building, these guys are at 3rd floor.scary place.
