Worst hotel in Vijayawada, please don’t book and waste your money on this hotel. Reception desk is the worst and they don’t know how to treat their customers and also there is no hygiene standards at this hotel at all when. Best part is if we write a negative review about this hotel they’ll respond by saying that you have been mistaken some other property with our property or else they’ll accuse of partying and drinking without their permission.

Rooms are clean.. hospitality services are good.. hot water facility is there.. but bed spreads and pillow covers are of very old and full of stains. Towels are also very very old and you will not feel like using them. Washroom is not tidy you can see soo many stains on walls.. and location is very near to railway station..it's jus one km.. but location of hotel is in the very very rush and crowded area.. soo many travel buses and whole sale market is there.. concern is they should maintain equally for the price they are charging. Didn't feel like worth the price.

Very Good service .I visited two times to Vijayawada ,stayed at Sri Ram Grand as a pilgrim to Sri.DurgaMalleshwara swamy Devasthanam . Neat Ness Hygienic condition. Good Hospitalaty. Like Our close relatives. Management advised me suitable timings for Darshanam Sri Kanakadurga ammavaru.kindly keep it up. Thankingyou.

Had a very wonderful and comfortable stay..Rooms were very neat and clean..Room service was very good and added to this the property is located nearby the Railway Station..

Not suitable for families. Checked in at 11.30am and because of bed bugs we asked for a blanket change and we got a rude response from reception. Rooms are sub standard. Not completely clean. Cigarette smell everywhere. Checked in at 11.30am and bcoz of the above issues we checked out 4.30pm same day. As it is not suitable for family stay, we've been forced to look another hotel for stay. The receptionist did not even regret it instead they collected a full day chgs. Not at all suitable for families.

Very nice. You can feel their regular maintenance and the passion to stay in this industry. Rooms are clean, wide and clean toilets, corridors, steps, parking, nice staff... The surrounding with private travel buses gives a tiny touch uneasyness. Rooms were bit of pricy, might in synch with their efforts and quality. I recommend
