OYO 74233 SR GRAND

We stayed here a week and it was only to be close to family.... We should have changed after day one. ||Walls stained with brown marks, no hot water, broken taps, no towels or hand towels, forgetting to clean room, no water supplied , even though charged for it, room service had to be reminded 3 or 4 times to bring our drinks or food orders one time taking nearly 2 hours to get a glass of milk. Reception staff unfriendly and lazy. Manager Sunjay tried to charge us extra money to hire the hotel hall telling us he could not accommodate us in the hotel restaurant for family engagement reception .... Then we later were told by another manager this was untrue, that Sunjay lied to us. Manager Sunjay also tried to overcharge us with reception services. We were really disgusted in his behaviour. On day of our reception he was yelling at our guests who wanted to decorate our room. It was horrible. ||Basically save your money and go elsewhere in Bhaglapur there are other hotels to choose from. This was not a good experience.

I book hotels based on reviews from Google, Makemytrip and other websites as well. So sharing my reviews here too. The owner/manager Mr. Ashok, is a quite good person, but the hotel is a complete waste. Pathetic. Horrible. There are no aminities such as wifi, breakfast, bathroom kits, water bottles not readily available. A stinking smell on the bath towels and bedsheets. Ac rooms are available. But only ok. Good things is that, a hard rock bed. Good for the spinal cord. No bed bugs (i am seriouly worried wherever i go about bed bugs). But lot of mosquitos. Washbasin taps are broken. Washroom gun is broken. Lots of complaints. But only for a bachelor it is somehow ok for a night if u dont have any other go. Nothing else.

Stayed here for a day, rooms were neat and tidy, room service was good, close to busy bundar road. They bring you food from a near by restaurant for extra cost, food was really good and tasty.

Worst experience ever. Very rude staff. I paid around Rs. 3800/- for 3 adults and they gave only a double bed in a v small room and he refused to give another room or extra bed. Instead, he asked us to pay extra Rs. 600/- for another bed.

Room is fine, bathroom is okay. No mosquito. Neat enough for the price range.

IT IS AN AVERAGE LODGE AND THE ROOM RENT IS ALSO RELEVANT. ROOMS ARE OF AVERAGE QUALITY AND AC'S IN SOME ROOMS ARE NOT WORKING.

A/C's are not working properly I had changed to another room in that room also AC is not working properly so it's better not to choose hotel grand ashoka

Not at all recommend for family. People will drink in the rooms and do the neusense. Rooms mmaintainenceis very bad.
