NillNOTE- All positive reviews on this place are three years old My experience - Worst. Booked online in Makemytrip. Went to the hotel for checkin. The receptionist was a lazy guy. Says wifi is not working so he doesn’t have the booking details. I showed him the booking voucher. He says the price I paid is not the right price. He demanded double pay. I was shocked. I asked what’s the logic. He refuses to give any details, points me to a number written on the wall and says call and talk to the manager. The rest of the story is a nightmare. In short rude staff, unethical management, creepy locality and unhygienic stay. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT fall for the steep discount. Its a trap. They will 100% demand more money once you land at the hotel

NillI was charged an extra of ₹350/- even after paying the check in amount online. I was helpless in the situation so I paid it. The room was very unhygienic plus half of the time Wi-Fi didn’t work. In addition to that AC and TV didn’t work until my whole stay. The bed was the worst . No one changed the bedsheets. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. So I checked out early around 7 AM just because I suffered alot of unhygienic cigarettes smell in the room.

Nillworst experience of taking decision to stay at Oyo apha hotel. this hotel is a fraud hotel. I had done booking here from the 28th of dec to 30th dec and all payment was done well in advance. now when we went for check in hotel denied checkin and asked extra amount. they say that during booking you have paid for only one day now you must pay extra one day. I paid the demanded amount to the hotel thinking that really at the time of booking I have not saw it properly. then i enquire goibibo they told that hotel was not entitled to ask anyone more extra amount. now hotel is in Denial mode and not refunding for the fraud done. OYO APHA HOTEL IS A FRAUD AND CHEATER. I HAVE ALREADY FILED THE CASE OF FRADE With GOIBIBO FOR IT.

★★Oyo team have helped to checked in, waited for more than 3 hours at reception, Very disappointingNo breakfast provision.Staff and Manager do not listen at all. Need to remind multiple times for basic things like towel, soap, Good knight refill. When requested to help in TV channel to activate, after 3 request in 90 minutes Reply was that this is number of Tata Sky service supervisor, please call directly. Manager was not at all interested to respond on anything, even visited after 1 hour of check out to get Invoice. Guest was less still service was below par.

NillBooked through OYO and the hotel was not accepting Oyo booking. A funny situation? Luckily i haven't paid online, so no money loss. Since I was after a long travel opted for the room they offered. Following were the problems faced. 1. None of the staff can deal English or Hindi. If you don't know Telugu, you cannot deal with them. 2. Bread spread, blanket and towels were visibly dirty and sure they have not changed from last check out. 3. On check out came behind me to the vehicle to ask for a tip to the cleaning staff. 4. When I posted one star rating on Google, immediate reply came in the name of owner, by Oyo, while the hotel is no longer associated with oyo

Nillworst service. I have booked online, these hotel management demands extra money and they will not allow you to checkin till you pay. Oyo or Agoda customer service cannot help you anything. Hotel rooms are stinking and bedsheets are black and smelly.

NillHotel was good. But the staff should understand Hindi language also because every person is not aware of the Telugu language. People of the different areas of the country might visit your hotel so you people should understand Hindi language. And also not everyone is good at English too.
