Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back again! Room was very clean. The amenities are all provided. They make sure that you would be comfortable with your stay. Staff was really polite, and would always greet us whenever we get in the building.

I keep regularly staying in this hotel ever since it started. This is convenient for religious purpose. Of late, I noticed the services of this hotel is going bad to worst Room Tea/Coffee cattle romoved. Small water bottles removed. No cleaning of rooms after check out. In the restaurant many items have been with drawn juice, bread toast, boiled egg and items reduced to bare minimum. Keep items as per standard of the brand image. Otherwise, no difference between a good property and a lodge. At the same time rates r not reduced. Very bad reviews r noticed on this property. PL take care. I am not critising. Hope Management think on the above lines and takes necessary action as deemed fit.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Maintenance was good. Location was good. Response of the hotel staff was friendly. Food also available but should pay for that. Better to go by oyo or goibibo for offers. Sweets, tiffin, meals, buffets are also available in ground floor of the hotel. After checking out hostel staff call for our feedback. It is good. Just location is in prime and near to kanakadurgamma temple. Transportation is available all the time. Car parking is available. Room are ok, clean but not to the mark Staffs are totally waste. No complimentary water bottles. Only one towel provided asked one more they refused. Asked for water nearly took 1 hour to get it. Bathroom are full of hard water scales. Path way has no lumination. Kindly avoid this hotel try any others...

Buffet lunch Rs.315 for 2 persons. They haven't allowed us to have one more sweet n curds. Tasteless food. What's the meaning of Buffet Lunch? First n last visit to Sweet Magic Restaurant (Near Vighneswara Temple, Vijayawada) or any of Sweet Magic Restaurants/Shops in the country. Worst experience.

Good. Not excellent considering the previous experiences. Booked through OYo. Room is clean neat and tidy. The amenities provided are good. Air conditioning is excellent and infact sometimes overcool. The washroom cleanliness is average. Hot water is available round the clock but you may not require it considering the hot humid weather of the city. In house restaurant is excellent but costly but they try to maintain the standard which is expected at that level. The complimentary breakfast provided was superb and no terms and conditions to irritate you. The locality of the firm is good . Walkable distance from the kanakadurga temple. The reception staff needs improvement in order to feel a warm welcome. Overall good experience and advisable to recommend to try by peers.

We haven't stayed here but had lunch and and dinner each here twice... Food is tasty and takes time to deliver the order.. so if you are hungry make sure to order after consulting them.. nice place to go with friends and family.. have fun...

I can't even call it as a hotel, It a worst place to stay from room to food nothing is hygiene. Rooms are smell stinky and blanketss filled up with dirt and they are dark brown in ciloco. Coming to staff they don't do their job and duty. I think it better stay on footpath rather than in this hotel. Most funny part is OYO treats it as a premium hotel.
