OYO Moukthi Apartment

Room is good. Location is near to Tiruchanur temple and very near to main road. Breakfast is also good. But hospitality is a big big disappointment. Not a great welcome on arrival. Seemed as if they were allotting us a free room. And we got 2 hours late due to unexpected rush in temple and the manager was asking half of day tariff for that. Said silly two three unmatched reasons to cover up. And wanted me to give good feedback in oyo infront of him. Poor service and disappointed.

The room was good. Breakfast was also tasty. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The hotel was also near to the railway station. A few minor things need to be fixed though, like the washbasin pipe which was broken and the AC vent that was having a small leak in the bathroom. Overall it is fine for 1 or 2 night's stay.

Clean and comfortable property, It is a value for money even though it is located at the edge of the town (on the bypass highway). It is a two bed room apartment, with large living and kitchen space. A family requiring two bed rooms will really like the place, Apartment/room/surroundings very clean with working air conditioning. The bed room space is very restricted, cant even open the doors of the cupboards. Hot water was not available, even though staff said 24-hours hot water. Bottled drinking water is made available at the office.

A very good, neat n clean and peaceful stay, you can expect if your need is just to lay your back on after a day's rigorous waiting in queues, darshans, sight seeing, etc. However the bare minimum space is acceptable as you also have a decent living cum dining room sort of thing along your room. Property maintenance is horrible, as you can't expect to use showers for bath; you've to get along with a bucket and mug.||But yes, complimentary breakfast with south Indian culinary is a good feast. The staff is well behaved, specially the front desk person Suhel was very much co-operative and ready to help.

Stayed here for 2 nights ..horrible managemen esp the GM Mr. Shyam i think his name was-arrogant and absolutely rude his exact words were 'we are doing a favor by giving you 2 rooms' .. i had booked a twin/double room... his explanation is i could have given you only one room and an extra mattress...i said how dare you say this to ur customer when you have charged me around 8600 for the double rooms.plus he says if you pay by credit card you have to pay 18% extra we had a huge argument and he didnt seem apologetic at all will not recommend anyone to stay here.. the cleanliness is not good there is fine layer of dust everywhere and washrooms are just ok bedsheets stained..and when they give you this so called suite.. the 3rd room in the suite is apparently their store room so they don't allow you to close the main door even at night!!!..only after arguing thry allowed us to close the door... in the name of breakfast they will give small cup tea and one plate with 2 idli 1 dosa upma and one vada with sambar n chutney... we had a child with us and they didn't serve anything for the child.. anything other than this u have to pay... there is no complimentary water even!! Pay n buy water... absolute pathetic experience...only upside is the rooms are good and the ac is in good working conditions..now only if they dusted and cleaned more often !!! The reception boys are decent but the small boy who runs the errands demands tips! Never again to this place!!

Staff is not at all professional. It's just some local hotel. I doubt if Oyo has any standards. It just adopts any apartment. The apartment has almost zero accessibility. Cleanliness at Max a 3/10. Taps leaking, no ventilation in bathrooms or rooms. Mine was 302a.

My friend Booked this for us during his marriage at Balaji Kalyana mandapam which is walkable distance from here. Maintenance wise, service wise, cleanliness wise good. 24 hrs reception. Value for money. Recommended

They have one classic and one saver room in each apartment. Five people can be accommodated in each such apartment. Air conditioning was a little noisy but these rooms and bathrooms are miles better than the others in the likewise budget. If you are looking for accomodation for a family, you can definitely consider this. Ps. Rooms are not as big as they look. That's that.
