★★★★★Great stay yet again at Taj Tirupati. Super friendly staff all round making our stay very comfortable. Right from check in which was a breeze to F&B and housekeeping...all top notch. Special mentions - Mr. Ritesh - GM, Ms Kashish - Guest Relations for making us feel most welcomed. F&B folks - Soumya, Rosemary and the other lady whose name I wasn't able to catch for making a dinning experience amazing. The housekeeping staff on 3rd floor for attending to our needs and keeping the room spik and Span (we booked the delux suite). ||This property has done 5 years so perhaps a bit of renovation of upholstery, carpeting etc will give it a fresher look.||We enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next one.||Mayank Singhania

★★★★★Amazing services and stay at Taj hotel. Spa and wellness was amazing. Food was super good and the ceremony we received during our welcome was pretty cool. We also visited small Ganesha temple in the hotel premises and did pooja. Overall a memorable experience.

★★★★★Taj Tirupati offers a harmonious blend of luxury, spirituality, and warmth, making it a remarkable destination for travelers. Within its serene premises lies a quaint Ganapati temple, providing a peaceful space for prayer and reflection. Every evening at 6:30 PM, aarti is performed, filling the air with a sense of divinity. Guests can also pen their wishes and deposit them at the temple, a tradition believed to bring those wishes to fruition.||The hotel features two exceptional dining options: Varun and Southern Spice. While the vegetarian dishes may lean towards a milder flavor, they are thoughtfully crafted, wholesome, and satisfying. A touch more seasoning could elevate the experience, but the focus on health and quality shines through.||The ambiance throughout the property is truly world-class, with gleaming Italian marble adding an air of sophistication. The grand and expansive lobby leaves a lasting impression, embodying the luxury synonymous with Taj. The hotel offers a wide range of activities designed for all age groups, ensuring there’s something for everyone—from children to seniors.||To cater to the needs of Indian guests, |the bathrooms should be thoughtfully equipped with anti-slip mats, particularly between the door and the bathing area, to ensure safety and prevent accidents. Additionally, providing a bucket and a mug as standard amenities would enhance convenience, aligning with the preferences and practical requirements of many Indian travelers. These simple yet essential additions would significantly contribute to a more comfortable and accommodating stay for all guests.||Adding to the overall experience is the courteous and ever-helpful staff, whose attention to detail and warm hospitality elevate every guest’s stay. Whether you’re seeking moments of tranquility or vibrant engagement, Taj Tirupati promises an unforgettable experience in every way.

NillWhat an experience in the holy city of Tirupati. From the time you enter to departure, you're treated like royalty. We were greeted with holy beads and a lime juice which was refreshing and quickly guided to our rooms. The rooms itself were amazing, modern and very spacious and clean. Amenities were well provided as well. The marble tiles on the bathroom floors combined with teak wood in the rooms, made it feel luxurious. When we arrived, we were starving and their restaurant serves the best vegetarian thalli meal I've eaten in my life! Fantastic service again explaining every dish. Even breakfast was excellent with their overall spread. Highly recommended and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

NillThis is the one place where you will have the most luxurious experience at Tirupati! Feels like entering a place, the staff is friendly and courteous, the service impeccable. Special mention to Chef Bhaskar for serving the most scrumptious meals for me as I have a gluten allergy. He made sure to provide me safe gluten free meals which were tasty and healthy. Dosas are the best I have ever had. Exceptional is every department.

★Currently staying here, and I must say, this has been one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. To begin with, the staff is blatantly uncourteous and unhelpful. As we were visiting the temple, we couldn’t utilize the breakfast package included in our booking and requested to downgrade to a basic package. Instead of a simple yes or no, we were subjected to a long-winded lecture about the “high season” and the “31st,” despite the fact that rooms are readily available on their own website.||We weren’t even staying until the normal checkout hours on the 31st due to early travel, but flexibility seems to be a foreign concept here. To top it off, the F&B team charged us for the normal water served on the table — yes, you read that right.||Now, let’s talk about the rooms: stained carpets, towels that look like they haven’t been washed in ages, and mosquitoes everywhere. When we requested access to the Netflix app on the TV, we were told it’s a privilege reserved for the “5th-floor members.” Really? In 2024? At a so-called luxury hotel?||If you’re expecting the “Taj experience,” save yourself the trouble. This is just an overpriced, overhyped property with zero flexibility and minimal amenities unless you’re splurging on a room worth a fortune. Honestly, the rooms are no better than what you’d find in a 3-star hotel at half the price.||Unless you’re ready to book a ₹1 crore suite, don’t bother staying here. Not worth the hype, not worth the price.

★★★★★Stayed at Taj in October 2024 when we came for Lord Venkateshwara swamy darshan at Tirumala. The Taj the Brand really lives up to expectations. Rooms are spacious and comfortable; staff were very friendly and courteous. Food was exemplary, nothing to say negative.

NillI’ve stayed at many Taj properties in India, but this one easily tops the list of my favorites. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a fantastic variety. I also indulged in a massage, and it was absolutely worth it. Overall, this Taj beautifully blends luxury with an authentic experience of Indian culture and heritage, making it the perfect stay when visiting a pilgrimage site.
