SPOT ON Sri Muni Residency

During our visit to Tiruchanur we called OYO to book rooms in different hotel due to unavailability there the customer care person suggested this hotel. We were 6 adults and 1 Kid and checked-in at night and took 3 rooms. There is no Hot Water, no water in toilet in flush tank, no water in wash basin , when asked the owner of the hotel, he was so rude and was saying we have solar water heater and hot water will come in the Morning after sunrise. He don't know how to talk to customers and no respect towards women. We asked for a refund immediately but he refused to pay back. There is no parking for this hotel we have to pay 70 for parking. I'm very disappointed with OYO customer care suggesting this kind of hotels, I thought OYO will list hotels which have basic needs like hot water etc and good customer service, but this is not the service I expect from a reputed brand like OYO. Next time I will be more cautions while booking rooms in OYO. If someone wants to go to this hotel please consider this points before booking and rest is upto you 🙂.

They won't give room for on-line bookers. Useless fellow sitting there. Get confirmation from property directly before proceeding with booking. They refused after giving confirmation citing too much discount. And they are still running the show in agoda app cheating gullible customers.

Very bad..not worth the money you spend..most of the info in oyo webpage for this is wrong..no parking place you have to pay extra on your own, no drinking water, no hot water..

A place close to Thaayaar temple ..ok type please.. courteous service they provide.. Around 12 double rooms are available..ok for overnight stay..

No hot water,It's in Oyo listing but it hasn't provided any Oyo necessaries

Rooms were good and neat. Bathroom was clean. Simple room with this budget.

Not fully satisfied about the rooms but the people were helpfull .

AC was an issue for me. It was very tough. Alot to improve in Room service as well.
