I booked a hotel from Oyo. Oyo took charges 3387 per 3 nights including GST also but the hotel manager asked again 430rs extra amount, same I told Oyo customer but they are not resolved my issue at least they are not provided any other accommodation. So I was completely disappointed with Oyo and one more thing I need mentioned here during the checkout maintenance room person asked for money again,I refused to give money So he was too angry with me. Room also not good. So finally my suggestion is don't book from oyo , don't go to this residence. If you go your vaccination will be completely disappointing like us.

Even giving one star to this place is too much. It's better to stay under a tree than go to this hotel. Please do not book this hotel. It is a dungeon. I do not recommend this place to anyone. First of all, it is far from the bus stand. Reaching here takes Rs. 120 one way. The hotel staff is aggressive when you tell them you booked online. It is run by a frustrated bunch of men. They asked for Rs. 500 early check-in money from me and when I requested reduced it to 300. When I asked for the room number he was rude in his reply. They behave as if they are doing a favour on you. I have a booking till tomorrow 11 am but I am checking out tonight itself. Will they return the money I paid? I paid the check in advance without being rude. One of the reception staff didn't have a change for Rs 50. So he said he will give it later. From that night he is not seen. When I asked at the reception they said his duty is from the day after tomorrow. They cant give. It is not just the money, these people don't want to serve the guests. I booked it through OYO. It was a good deal but the experience is 3rd class. Please don't recommend this place to anyone OYO- it is a humble request. Don't book this place even if they offer you it for free.

The worst hotel and experience in years of using OYO. First off, the staff is rude and always asks for tips. Even the workers who didn't do anything at all (workers on other floors) ask for tips when you walk by the corridors. The receptionist charged us Rs. 200 extra on top of the OYO charge, citing GST charges (saying OYO charges don't include GST). After that, the pillows are very bad, no hot water in the bathroom, flush doesn't work, and the next building's windows have a direct view into the bathroom. Even after multiple complaints, no one cared to come and fix the issues. If you want a bad experience in tirupati, go with this hotel. If not, please avoid. They said they have 4 more branches with a similar name, please avoid them as much as you can.
