Hotel Lotus Grand

We visited this hotel thrice... Hotel management is very good and recommended for every one. Fair prices and good staff. They have car facility also{Naresh garu support for this very well with good mannered drivers... Reasonable prices}

Very over rated price for this wrost hotel. Not at all the bedsheets and pillows washed or cleaned. Only good thing is , it is near to Alipiri for easy access, over all suggestion. Don’t book here for this kind of prices

Overall, the one night stay in this hotel was a nightmare. Atrocious behaviour of the staffs and managers. Less than 5 minutes getting into the room, the toilet door was unable to unlock. Was offered a new room, within 30 minutes into the new room, the toilet bowl broke into pieces. Luckily, no one is injured. The manager and staffs behaved badly towards me. The words used are very sickening. I was forced to pay for toilet bowl. After payment, i have requested for a receipt of payment. It has already been 4 days, i am yet to receive any receipt. There are cracks on sinks in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel for any one for their unkindness. To the hotel manager - 1) Are you expecting your customer to use the toilet before booking the room ? 2) What is your action if someone is injuried by such tragedy ? To the new customer - Avoid this hotel at all the cost. The managerials are arrogant and the do not deserve to be supported by customers. The equipments are not safe and they are victimizing innocent customers. I have included some photos for your references.

Location perfect as its close to alpiri to start to tirumala. Parking limited. Budget friendly hotel. Don't expect 4 star or 5 star experience. Better to carry own blanket towel . Water facility ok. AC good. Food outside. For boys its very economical. For family just 1 or 2 days stay only to sleep and go.

e went for Darshan at Tirupati Balaji and checked in at Hotel Lotus at 5:18 in Tirupati. After entering the room we faced a very negative atmosphere. After entering we felt that some negative entity was around us. The bathroom door was closing. When we approached the management, they denied this, after we inquired around, we came to know that many people had committed suicide(latest four months ago), so when we insisted to check out the room, we took 2800 rupees for two hours and we were told that the refund is not available, but please don't go to stay in this hotel.

The points of practicality is 1. The amount they claim from us is a bit more than they provide. 2. The room service is "NIL". 3. The respect they provide is up to the worst. 4. The answering way to us is abrupt. 5. The basic provisions they need to provide is never fulfilled. But one positive point we found here is spending our most valuable time in discussing about this un-needy place. Thank u bro's!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor quality of service. Dirty washrooms. Stinky towels and stained bedsheets. Had no choice other than this hotel, so, had to take this. Finny thing is, they give a complimentary water bottle only on the day you check in. Post that they won't look at you till you vacate. No toiletries. No cleaning. Take this hotel only if you don't have any other option.
