*Worst worst worst*. Worst experience ever. Booked a room for 2 guests through makemytrip. There was no clean room, no TV remote, no clean bed sheet, no blanket. The toilets were cramped and dirty and the bed covers too. The A/C is producing only hot air entire day. They told that they couldn't do anything and tried to give other room, but that other room was more dirty then my current room. We were left with no option. Worst 'OYO Hotel Welcome Tirupati'.

Our time between checking into the hotel and checking out of the hotel was just 8 minutes. The staffs were horrible, the manager was annoying, not bothering about the customers. Booked via OYO, and went to the hotel. Even after booking the manager says there are no rooms available. After talking for sometime we got ourselves a room, or should I call it a cave.? The sheet was stained, the pillows covers were used and dirty, it was clear that they have not changed the linens from the previous users. They had mosquitoes and God knows what all predators lived in the room. Me, my wife and my 1 year old kid at 4 in the morning went to the reception and complained(5 mins after we checked in). The manager said he will not change the linen. The room boys who had took a tip from us was not ready to do it either.. complained to OYO and checked out of the hotel. Thanks to OYO for returning the money.!

The hotel is around 3.5 Km from the Bus Stand in the opposite direction of Tirumala. Rooms are on the second floor, with no lift facility. Compared to the location and tariff the rooms are clean and maintained. Washrooms are just OK. Staff is polite. WiFi and complimentary breakfast is available.

Good for bachelor's or business people. Not good for family and senior citizens. You have no hotel nearby (Swiggy or Zomato might help) and Need to climb 2 floor as there is no lift provision.

Budget friendly hotel, ac need to be upgraded. House keeping can be more better. Beds are cosy .this hotel provide TV with dth connections & good Wi-Fi too.

Worst experience ever. Booked a deluxe room for 3 guests through OYO. They gave us a small room and told that they can't provide an additional mattress. When we insisted on an additional mattress, the guy (Madhu) brought us a dirty worn-out mattress with stains (of God knows what bodily fluids) on it! There was no bed sheet. Please find attached the photo of the mattress. When we demanded that we be given a clean mattress with bed sheets the guy told us that 'this is not a 5-star hotel'. We had to call OYO to get a clean additional mattress for which we had already paid. When we inquired about the complimentary breakfast, he plainly told us that there was no such thing and that we will have to pay for the breakfast. There is a big red board provided by OYO hanging at the reception that says 'Complimentary Breakfast' and we were denied it. The toilets were cramped and dirty and the bed covers too. We had booked the room for 4 days and the A/C stopped working around 5:00 PM the second day. They told that they couldn't do anything and we were left with no other option than to check out from this hell hole much earlier than our scheduled check out date and find a room elsewhere. Now cheating has a new name. It is called 'OYO Hotel Welcome Tirupati'.

I booked two rooms... But in one room the ac was not working at al... Nd the staff dint respond to it properly.... Nd thr was a complimentary of getting a breakfast while booking... But thy denied it by saying thr is no such complimentary and al..

Worst experience, dirty still they are painting .room is not tidy . So I had to immediately cancel my booking . But worst part is even single rupee is not returned.. Better hotels then oyo if you come directly
