Stay away from this hotel. Bedsheets and Pillow covers are not changed. Full of hair and dirty. Beds are as hard as floor. AC is just for name sake. Parking is congested and cars need to be parked one by one in a queue. Lift doors are closing midway when exiting which could have killed us. Escaped by god's grace. Not even a single positive trait about this hotel.

This Hotel gives false promises which they cannot keep it up. No Running Hot water. No Phone service. you have to climb down to ground floor for any service. Room is full of cockroaches and bugs. No proper cleanliness. TVs don't work. Air Conditioners Present but not serviced resulting foul smell. Ceiling fans regulator don't work. Rooms are very small, no ventilation. With all of the above they have charged me 2750/- Keeping all of this non sense with them, while vacating they will ask for tips shamelessly. This is a serious issue which they don't resolve or acknowledge. Hence My ratings, if possible I could have provided Zero. My suggestion is not to go to this place for Staying.

Very bad hotel Washrooms are bad and they won’t even respond for your calls We checked in at 4am and washroom is horrible we asked them to change the room and they keeping say will change the room in 30 minutes. We had to wait till 10 am and still they keep on saying wait for 30 minutes. In room TV won’t work. Don’t choose this hotel if you value the time. Room boys also won’t respond you Very bad customer service. I would give -negative feedback for this place.

The room is very small. Price per night is 1300 through online booking. The offline price is 1000. My friend booked for 1000. I booked online for 1300 and extended for one more day, they charged 1300 even if it is offline booking. The lodge has a refrigeration facility , I asked for chilled (cool) 1 ltr water bottle, it is not so cool water so request little more cool, Receptionist cum incharge I guess, he replied how much cool do you want.

Third class hotel. We stay here with family. The check in time was 12 am at night and the checkout time was the next day at 12 am. But because we are family and we are having a baby with us we already told them that we will leave the room at 6 am. They agree for this and at the time of checkout they demand more money. We request them to take half charges for only 5-6 hrs but they are not ready to listen to anything. And for 5-6 hrs we paid full 24 hrs charges. We told the receptionist that we already told your staff about this and he said he doesn't know Hindi Language. They are clearly Rob for outsiders and because of language problems they are taking advantage of it. I suggest everyone not book this hotel. They are not given free wifi also. The rooms are very small

Rooms are good, bed, building condition, ac, etc is good But the vent pipe of AC is placed in bathroom at very inconvenient locations like door or wc seat, f ac is on, if you go to bathroom, water drips down on you continously, which is annoying. Cleanliness is not top notch, you get welcomed by very small bugs and small cockroaches once you enter the room. There is no free breakfast, there is no kitchen or dining area here. Overall good option for just crashing there, as it is close to railway station

Even after paying the hotel fee in advance I was not allotted room. After reaching hotel owner of the hotel simply denied that there were no rooms even the customer care executive kept on saying that there were some rooms available and it’s being shown online. I spoke to customer care support for an hour and it’s of no use my whole family kept on waiting in the lobby for an hour hoping that room will be allocated. My payment against booking id GMIR2384 was not even refunded. These people ask us to contact service desk which never leads to any person who can assist us, it just asks us to enter 2 even after entering multiple times it just hangs up saying that they haven’t received any response. Worst experience.

One of the worst services ever. I booked AC rooms and AC doesn't work, everytime we need to raise a complaint go down near reception and beg them to fix the AC. Later got to know that reception turns off the AC from their end to save current and loot us. 2. Room services, there is no staff to clean room and it is customer responsibility to go down to reception and ask someone to send to clean rooms and it is not prompt, people will come as per their wish and when we are not at room they go in with the dummy lock and clean the room like thieves, there is no security to your belongings. 3. 1700/- doesn't worth for this worst hotel, no proper communication, no respect towards customer and they only try to loot people. Think twice before you select this hotel to stay.
