This was my first time at a homestay, and I have come back with a very good experience, and a much higher urge to stay at a homestay again! I stayed for 3 days, and it was a wonderful experience -a wonderful home with all facilities, and a very friendly, helpful and homely feeling provided by the owners, staff. Pro's: - This is a real home, with all its amenities.

We were 9 people,on recommendation of a driver who dropped us to this place at night This place is 200 mtrs from Subbayya gari hotel Location is around 5 km from tirumala checkpost This location converted normal 3bhk flats to hotel rooms, so if you book whole three rooms then you would get one full flat Each room has individual door and its key to lock However only one bedroom has geyser, if that geyser is on then you get hot water in all three bedrooms So if you book only one room in the flat then you are out of luck When we arrived we were greeted and made us wait for 25 mins before cleaning the room When we visit the flat after their cleaning we found beds were okay but room,floor was dirty with dirt. No soaps were provided they took extra 80 INR, they called us three times to collect 80 rs Usually homestays provide soap, water bottles etc but they have not provided anything No gas or nothing in kitchen Full of mosquitos Washroom doesnt have Extra bed costs 500 you get one small mattress and no proper blankets to cover yourself, you get only blanket which is thin and used for putting on top of mattress Each room has individual AC None of the TV works Water was okay
