Pathetic place to stay. Unhygienic rooms, no basic amenities like water, coffee machine and towels. The rooms are not cleaned properly, very bad smell in the room and toilets are extremely bad. When asked and fought for things still nothing has been provided properly.

The location is very proper (3rd floor above dominos) in Balaji colony where we can get many things easily like food ,medicines,cool drinks, stationary etc. But I felt the price of the room is bit high.No complementary food or water bottle but just a 10rs santoor soap you will get. I felt water is having bit bad odour but adjusted. Everything is fine apart from that. Note...not all rooms have balcony view.

Good spacious and clean room. On the main place. Good water, shower bed etc. Very nice towels. Lift facilities available. AC is not maintained, probably no gas or less gas. Parking is available but if there are more than two cars then we have to depend on the owner of the car which is parked behind our car. Friendly caretaker. Value for money.

Pathetic experience. While rooms are fairly OK, there are no staff to assist and the only available one is cold. When you pay for double occupancy they place only one towel in room and when asked for the second one they say only one can be given. No amenities in room and cleanliness is just OK. Did not find value for the price!

Worst service. Rooms r ok but break fast or room service is worst, no eminitiez are working like hot water, towels, tv etc. Only one person will be available who won't respond. Never go for it

It's a pathetic place to stay, though a new property. Staff are ill informed and the standard answer is our owner knows it. No laundry facility, bath shower are clogged, flow of hot water is erratic, no lockers in room. Room cleaning is done only in the presence of guests. Unfortunately when asked for a bath soap, we do not provide is the answer...

We booked three rooms in this place for one night. The hotel is In a shopping complex on the third floor. Lift is available. Rooms are decent and bathrooms are clean. All appliances were working fine. The parking is on the backside of the building. Only drawback was that one bathroom had some foul smell. If you using google maps , search for dominos, the hotel is in the same complex. The incharge Mr Ramakrishna was cordial and was always available . Plz note this hotel does not have any restaurant attached. If you are in Tirupati and need a decent room at good price for sleep and freshening up then this place can be one option.
