WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Behavior by the staff without responding will make you regret. The rooms are unhygienic with cigarette puffs, bedsheets and pillow covers have stains, after multiple requests they don't change. More over power saving strategies like lift turning off, turning off AC (there won't be remote it's in office room to ensure full control) will surprise you. Full of mosquitoes No bedsheets provided, land phone won't work staff will not answer their mobile phones. This is worst possible experience one can't imagine

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Atrocious behavior by the staff SRINIVASULU and BASHA ( who claims to be the owner). The rooms are unhygienic with cigarette puffs, bedsheets have stains, after multiple requests the sheets were changed which were still dirty. No basic amenities, towels were dirty, AC was tunred off daily morning at 9 AM and evening 5 PM even when people are in the room. Lift was turned off to save power bills. They demand you to pay cash if the booking was prepaid and online. We prepaid online and we were treated worse by this staff. The reviews provided with 4 and 5 stars felt FAKE after visiting and staying at this place.

Better to sleep on road than staying here. You might get all sorts of mosquito bite diseases that you can imagin if you stay just for 10-15 mins. Room service is worst. No one picks up the call. They say 24 hours running hot water which is a myth according to me. There is no doormats provided just imagine how horrible this place is. I could have given -100 if the option was there. Visit on your own risk.

Everything promised, would be provided. I had a comfortable stay here. The front-desk people and the property caretakers were very helpful. The Residency itself does not have a kitchen, however, they would provide food through a hotel which would be EXTREMELY SPICY. The only turn down here would be, the spicy food, nothing else.

Worst stay there...... please don't go looking at the reviews all are paid I guess....we select this hotel by going through all the reviews.. I visited with my family the provided 3rd floor. One of the room they provided (301) AC was not working and hot air was coming told them to change the room later at night they changed the room . And also other rooms had bats and lots of mosquitoes . You have to ask for the amenities as because they will not provide toiletries, towels or anything. Also they mentioned lots of parking space but not at all, only 5 cars can park there.. Shower is not working properly at all. They charged more for 1 night don't go for this..there are other best hotels there... If you have doubts you can check other lowest reviews then you will get to know.

No oyo booking taken. They inform guest only after reaching there. Charging more. Cheating people. No complementary food. Shabby House keeping. Rough behavioural receptionist
