Sai Grand

The Hotel is Ok for one night stay, the staff at the front desk is kind of newbie and doesn't know how the business bookings work. He called me four times in early morning from 5:30 to 07:00, to check in the payment which was paid well in advance by my travel desk team. When asked about his unprofessional approach he says he doesn't get any information on payment, only his MD knows. Was not able to have a peaceful sleep. Would recommend for travellers who use cash instead of online booking, it's more of a premium lodge. But is safe for families as well, so no need to worry on that aspect. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. But Hot water is not hot, just room temperature. Staffs are polite but no professionalism.

All rooms are very worst conditions,,, all rooms are filled with full of red ants. Despite of again and again request, no hotel management cares about the same. Room service was very bad. Hotel management didn't care about guest Comforts. Don't book these hotel.........

The staff was friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they were polite and quick to give me with anything I needed. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure my stay was comfortable, which is always nice. Even the owner was so nice to me that he offered me complimentary dining on the last day of my stay.

Good Hotel, Very clean and Hygienic. We had a pleasant stay. Staff is courteous and helpful. Forgot to print my darshan ticket. Front office guy helped me. Very near to padmavathi ammavari temple and around 3km from Busstand

I am giving this review after multiple visits to Sai grand. The rooms are neat and tidy, bathroom is sanitised and maintained very hygienically. The bed is very cozy and comfortable which is what one would expect after all the temple run during the day :) Tarifffs are very reasonable too. Plenty of restaurants within two kms to choose from for food as well. Overall, it's a nice place to stay with your family or friends during your Tirupati visit.

We Booked the room through GoIbibo for 8 feb to 10 feb and. We reached the reception at 3 o Clock in the Morning of 9th with Children and Mr.Sai Kumar the Manager Denied the abooking and rejected us. Please dont book this hotel through GoIbibo. Its the Worst Experience i got through GOIBIBO EVEN BEING A GOTRIBE (Goibibo Regular) MEMBER.

I have to travel to different places for work so I have to stay in hotels! This is one of the most remarkable hotels I have ever stayed in! The hotel is located in a very luxurious location! Easy access from anywhere in Tirupati. You can come to the hotel without problems !! In addition, each room is beautifully decorated and neat which will fascinate you once you see it! The rest of the hotel members are very friendly and help me as much as they can
