This was my second visit and both the times the issue was ... they intentionally stop Lift and AC in rooms. A cheap way to gain profit by making customers trouble. Even today 18th Dec 2024 , we had a function and they stopped AC and we thought it was power out later when we checked we see they stopped the main switch of room . We wanted to go to function hall which was on 3rd floor and they stopped lift and were saying it's not working. But actually it was working . Same happened previously and even now. Worst and CHEAP ways to gain profits. They need to understand that old and elder people who have health issues can't go on steps. Even the boy who was present didn't bothered to on the lift might be this was backed by owner himself. Be careful before booking this hall and make sure u make a point to not stop lift AC during function timing

I eat the fried rice that is worst they used the rock salt instead of normal salt and management is worst they not solve the issue

We stayed just for a night. The room was neat and hygiene...n the staff accessible.

I had a very bad experience at this Restaurant. I ordered chicken biryani and they delivered biryani where the chicken is spoiled. I am sure they are using rotten chicken. Server was ready to replace the dish with some other, when i told that the chicken is bad. This clearly shows that they are totally aware of the food they are delivering. Please be careful while going to grand for lunch or dinner. Hope food safety and standards department will visit this hotel for checking. I suggest not to go to this restaurant.

Opted for dine-in during night and had some feast in the restaurant but the maintenance is too worse , so many mosquito and the food taste is also not that great

The experience was not good. I didn't stay here. I had my lunch planned at SVA. Had taken few of friends along. The food was below average. All of us didn't liked it. The value proposition for the food is below average. I can be biased as I only had veg food, but that's just a excuse for the restaurant. I would rather visit SVD next time, or Arabian Mandi nearby. The competition is getting tough, and the owners should recognise what they are serving. The serving lady was very courteous. 😀 Till next time, bye bye Srikakulam
