Useless rooms, the rooms was very dirty and not maintained properly

It was a nightmare for us and it's a biggest mistake of mine trusting OYO rooms and booked rooms through OYO. The hotel I booked was not provided to us saying that it's filled up and hotel management had sent me to other property which is 2km from the one I booked. After entering in to room it was completely filled with cockroaches and mosquitoes. Not a very heigeine place to stay in. Tried calling to OYO customer care but had not received any help from the executive I spoke to. It's a worst experience booking through OYO. It's a lesson to me not to book a room next time though OYO. thanks for having such properties in your list and troubling guests like us.

Worst experience. Rooms also dirty They were scamming ppl.. online booking 644 only. They said that not available in that price. That's app glitch. You need to pay extra 800 per room. This is how they were scamming ppl. I was raised complaint against them ..

1. Scammer and rude owner, he takes leads from online booking sites and after reaching there while you do checkin he asks to show payment details if we booked room below 1000rs per day then he will charge an extra amount to compensate 1000rs. If you pay that amount through other than cash then again he will charge an extra 12%, even if you do an upi transaction. 2. If you leave the room and come after 2-3 hrs, the room will be filled with baby cockroaches. 3. 1000 rs is not worth there for a room because the hotel is located almost in the outskirts and beach, city and other attractions are far from the location.

Rooms are good , kind of apartment style. You will be charged around 1500 per day. We have restaurants nearby. We may not have the view point as it names like coastal, but rooms are clean,fragrance is so good.

Dont pay extra money and get foole....if in case you have to pay extra money to the hotel people make and online upi pament and escalate it with the prooff of extra payment...once you checked out report these rude guys and get all your booking amount 100% Refund.rooms are quite good but the staff and they demand extra money while you reached the hotel and with intimation they just chekin..Please be smart enough to handle these guys

I was charged rs 300 extra for giving me room.ac was not working in the room so I had to change the room.surrounding hotel was full of drainage. I felt insecure staying with family.
