Manasa inn

We stayed two days in the this hotel. The service is excellent with all the required amenities 24/7. The cleanliness is maintained everytime. The room size is also good. The breakfast will be provided for 2 members per room if we book the rooms. The food is nice 👍

"I had a terrible experience at Manasa Inn, Kadapa. While checking out, I realized I left my Belkin mobile adapter in the room. I requested the hotel staff to send it to me, but unfortunately, it got lost due to the untrustworthy cleaning staff. To make matters worse, the reception staff spoke to me in an extremely aggressive and unprofessional manner. Not a single polite word was spoken. The lack of integrity and poor customer service has left a sour taste. I would strongly advise against staying at Manasa Inn, Kadapa. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. *DO NOT STAY HERE*"

I was disappointed that I book the room in this hotel for 5days, the rooms are not good- AC will not work, washroom issues are there and food was average thay will not serve properly. Housekeeping was not good, The main thing that manament will not take any responsibility of our luggages and things which we placed in room and they open the room keys and leave as they like. The hotel team will not bother about the customer safety and service. They will charge as they like. I request everyone to not to Book this hotel. If want to book you will face the real worst situation.

Food is good. Had done lunch. Surprisingly, they charge extra for curd. The hotel is good, ambience is moderate, but the policy of charging extra for curd is intriguing? I suggested to them that they should slightly increase the cost of the meal and give curd free.

There is no staircase in this building except for lift.. what is the percentage of SAFETY during any fire accidents??????? How much did they bribe the govt officials to get permissions?? We attended a function and noticed this and were totally shocked

The Reception Guy who says he will speak Malayalam and with least manners... Despite repeated requests, the lack of common sense in providing single toiletry kits including a Dental Kit to a Double Occupancy Room..

This is a horrible hotel to stay . What's shown on the website and pics does not reflect any of it. Small rooms , horrible AC which takes its own time to cool the room and I think it has never been cleaned at all since the time it was installed and toilets outdated and small cockroachs everywhere. Hope the hotel takes care in cleaning the same way they maintain the reception and front view of the hotel to impress the guest. Only the breakfast was good. Even in that the bread served seems to be as old as 2days hard as a Rock. . Hotel management needs to improvise all these things to get visits again
