We had stayed earlier in this hotel in Jan 2024 and the present trip was in November 2024. There is a definite improvement in the hotel services in this period. For instance the food has improved vastly with a lot of variety. The hotel advertises a check in time of 3 pm which I feel turns off a lot of potential customers. Maybe this could be looked into as competing hotels offer a much saner time.

I had a fantastic three day stay at this hotel and loved everything, from my cozy room, to the front desk experience, to the food at the in-house restaurant. Some of the new staff in the restaurant needed a little more training and I'm sure things have improved since the time I stayed. I have to specially mention the taxi service provider associated with the hotel, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, for his polite and prompt responses, and the great service provided - really took away all the hassle and headache of arranging logistics in an unknown place, while letting me focus my full attention on work. Will definitely come again.

My stay in welcom hotel guntur was exceptional. The start(Fazel and bishal) provided excellent service, and the room was spacious, and comfortable with great city views. The breakfast buffet are fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel's amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, spa, and pool, were impressive. Conveniently located near attractions, yet peaceful, it was the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at ITC Welcome Hotel in Guntur, and the experience was truly exceptional. I am very much satisfied with everything. The room size is good and is neatly maintained. The service is pretty quick. The food at the restaurant tastes good and has a nice ambience. The pool is neatly maintained and the gym and spa facilities are good. The location is convenient. We liked how we were received at the reception and also checkout was quick. Special mention to all the staff who were very friendly and smiling all the time.

Celebrated my mother's birthday today. We walked in around 3, a party of 9 adults and 5 kids. Our host Chaitali was very cordial and accommodative in keeping the buffet open till we all ate and even arranged for a cake for our mom to cut. As always the food was great and service awesome. Keep up the great work.

Excellent Service at WelcomHotel Guntur||I had a fantastic stay at WelcomHotel Guntur.
