NillWe were on a family road trip and reached the hotel after 2am. Oyo booked the rooms for us. The hotel guys were sleeping on the reception floor and when woken up they were very rude. No parking facility and located in an extremely narrow lane and a smelling drain, with 3-4 other similar oyo hotels around. Oyo refused to refund or rebook as they had provided a 152/- coupon on my booking!! Their customer care will put you back onto the IVR which will be a never-ending loop of clicking buttons and non-responsive people. Please avoid any Oyo hotels, especially in Guntur as we found many Oyo hotels are fraud and misleading. Went for another so-called flagship Oyo Amaravathi Residency and the building itself was not there at the map location! It was very difficult to reverse all the way to come out of the dingy lanes with 100s of 2 wheelers parked around. It was such a harassment for us when the kids were sleeping in car and finally we had to leave Guntur for Vijaywada where we got a decent hotel by Treebo.

NillThey will demand more money, I am already booked oyo, when we are reaching hotel he demanding extra 300, this is very too much. Don't trust oyo app, Firstly when we checked in that time they were asking for an extra 300 money for entry purposes and told OYO also agree on this. When I started to speak with OYO customer care they agreed and denied 300 rupees

NillThey are not even deserving one star , very rude behaviour from them, they will ask extra amount, according to thm they will change time , plz avoid this hotel at any cost, Suddenly they will tell upto this hour only your booking and you can leave , even it may be night also , worst and rude behaviour.

NillI was in guntur for my police physical events and the room I've chosen was near to the bus stop as well as somewhat nearby to the physical events ground ( took 10min ) Talking about the room , it was fresh , clean and had a TV. The experience was good and would recommend others to choose this lodge for stay.

NillI am highly disappointed with the staff and services of this hotel and with the cleanliness.first I booked the hotel in oyo application and then the hotel representative told me we can’t provide you this with the online price and I pay a higher price at the hotel and I request them for a early check up but the scenario completely changed when I left the hotel and they ask for a very higher amount and the staffs behaviours are horrible. The rooms are not well maintained and not even hygienic to stay. Smells coming out of the bed and bathrooms and lot of cockroaches all around the room and the bed sheet are dirty. Plz do not waste your money and visit the hotel ever there are lot of other good and cheap options available in Guntur.

NillRooms are very dirty, full of cockroach, bathroom commod was also broken. Bedsheets there are holes due to the cigarette ash and when we asked to change the room,their staffs are told there are no other rooms available. Firstly when we checked in that time they were asking for an extra 300 money for entry purposes and told OYO also agree on this. When I started to speak with OYO customer care they agreed and denied 300 rupees. They spoke with the internal team with the local language, so I am not able to understand their language. OYO service is very good, but due to the poor quality and money minded person in the hotel, OYO is getting less business. Kindly take action and stop harassing the visitors who need peace and rest.

NillI booked a classic room for three nights in this hotel using the OYO app, and because it was my first booking via the app, I received a significant discount. I was satisfied with my booking and paid before going there. I went there late at night for personal reasons. When I entered and told him that I had reserved a room and had already paid. He at reception stated that "the money you paid online was not enough to offer you the room for three days" and required an additional 700 to access the room. I questioned him how you could demand more money when I had paid according to the booking plan in the OYO app and advised him to contact OYO Customer Service. He stated that he called OYO services earlier in order to have the client cease or pay extra money. In the middle of the night, he disrespectfully told me to call oyo services and cancel the appointment without any human courtesy. No one responded when I contacted services. I couldn't figure out what to do, and I had an exam the next day. I asked him why you were demanding more money from clients when you could have dealings with OYO administration for the money to keep your hotel running. He bluntly stated, "Go out and cancel the booking; we will not allow you for the money you paid according to OYO." He stated that if you cancel the reservation, nothing would happen to my hotel because many couples come to us on a regular basis. I feel betrayed, and I'm not sure where I should go and paid extra money. Despite the fact that I paid according to OYO rules and paid extra, even though he offered me the worst room, which is less comfortable. They said on the app that they provide amenities such as hot water, cleaning, and air conditioning, but I discovered none of these and they are not responsible for our stuff that were in the locked room. Even though i found some worms in the rest room. The receptionists were quite cruel and merciless to me, leaving me emotionally damaged. While I was checking out, the owner approached me and requested me to give 5 ratings, which I did. I do not recommend using the OYO app and, in particular, do not stay at the Varsha Grand in Guntur.

★The app has stated to pay 700rs, but upon reaching the OYO stay the owner of the OYO had said that the room doesn’t cost me 700 but it is ₹1000 for nonAC and 1200/- for AC room. He also stated that OYO would charge me 13% GST and i will be not getting any profit for the amount you have paid. So out off choice and tiredness we agreed to paid 1200/- to the oyo room. And the stay was also not upto the mark for the amount paid as the bedsheets were not properly washed ( i cant even say if those were washed or not) and there were insects all round the room. So I sincerely request the OYO team to find a solution for this problem so that no other person would be facing the problem.
