SPOT ON Swarna Mayuri

Don't book this hotel....While booking at lowest prices they are offering AC room but during check-in time hotel management giving non AC room and saying to write whatever review we want.Moreover they are telling that OYO has allowed them to allot Non AC rooms instead AC rooms. So don't prefer this hotel. Only morning times they are offering hot water.

Even one star is very high for this worst hotel. worst rooms worst bathrooms no quality nothing for this they are charging 700 to 1100 based on you and don't believe the Google photos they are fake.You may book on OYO thinking it's AC but it isn't. Worst service ever known to mankind, they dont listen to you.Please 🙏 donot spend a penny also for this worst hotel .

The room situation is very very bad. Asked multiple times to clean the room but no one cleaned the room. The room and bed and bathrooms are very bad. They also said that this room is for couples who wants to enjoy not for family persons to stay. Very very disappointed.

I would suggest not to choose this hotel by mistake. Service is not satisfactory. Recently on 17-02-2024, I had booked an AC room, for one and half hour the AC was not fixed after repeated calls. They provide intercom service number, when dialled from the room, it's dead because they intentionally disconnect. Geysers are not working. Drinking water is not provided free of cost, instead one has to buy from them. Money is not the matter. Near Guntur bus stand maximum hotels or lodges are same.

They are playing games with customers by switching off and on the power supply to Air conditioners alone, night times they are switching off the power supply to ACs only so that customer can feel some problem in the AC or power gone.But remember one thing, we know you are doing cheating so we will not visit you hotel second time.
