Sree Balaji Residency

I had visited for on personal Trip to Anantapur and have stayed in this hotel. The rooms are spacious well maintained clean and tidy, big washrooms and ample lighting. The place is centrally located near to Railway Station, Bus stand surrounded by restaurants and shopping complex. They don’t provide complimentary breakfast and no in-house restaurant you need to go outside for breakfast/lunch/dinner or could call the room service boy to provided from outside. Amenities include newspaper hot water AC and refrigerator working properly. Room service had to improve and the room service staff had to be trained. After bath the washrooms smells a little bit bad. Though in a town the hotel is well maintained with no mosquito and cockroaches so it very safe for us (pest controlled).

Hotel is in good location. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking and wifi available. Food is good and fresh. Beds are comfortable and covered with fresh cloths. Towel and other facilities are good. Prices are reasonable compared to others.

The hotel is located in a central place convinient for reaching prime locations. The rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Good service and tasty foods served. The tarrif is aso justifying, though located in a conjusted building.

Landmark place near sapthgiri circle of Anantapur.. And also famous for commercial meeting and seminor and also for many more events....!!!!

Bad service, lift not working, ac and geyser not working. They will not provide drinking water.

Best boarding place and has a meeting hall suited for small parties and meetings....

Once it was a good hotel but now it's standards are degraded.

The price is ok but the staff is not well trained and the rooms are full not well maintained.
