Hotel Pasupala Inn - MathA

I recently booked a suite at Pasupala Hotel in Anantapur, and I was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness of the room and washrooms was impeccable. The staff were extremely courteous and their response time was remarkably quick. It’s evident that customer care is their primary principle. I was also pleasantly surprised by the exceptional taste of their food. Overall, I would give them a five-star rating. My sincere thanks to the entire hotel staff for taking care of everything.

I recently visited Anantapur for the opening of Mobitech’s new showroom and stayed at this hotel. The experience was excellent! The rooms were spotless, and the restrooms were impeccably clean. The property also offers ample car parking, which is a great convenience. Located on a wide road, it’s easy to access and adds to the comfort of the stay. The complimentary breakfast provided was very good, with excellent taste and variety. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was a very good experience. It is located on the main road very near from the highway, with good parking space, good breakfast menu and very courteous staff. They can improve their restaurant menu include more local cuisine, felt it had more North Indian and Chinese options and very limited South Indian option. Overall great hotel to stay in Anantapur.

Our stay was ruined by Hotel management and especially Suman. He committed 2 same area rooms with balcony but one room was smaller and not well maintained. Commode was leaking. Flush not working. Shower faucet not working properly. Staff was reluctant to provide enough water bottles. TV didn't work for one day till we complained. Though property is new but maintenance and staff training is not up to mark. We paid Rs 3900 but rooms standards does not deserve more than Rs 2500.later they tried to do damage control by offering another room but it was too late. We asked owner phone number to complain but they didn't give. I don't recommend this hotel.

We were going from Udupi to Hyderabad… we stayed at this hotel at Ananthpur… we had an excellent experience. Room is clean and breakfast is good. I recommend this hotel. Very nice property.

My Experience at Hotel Pasupala Rating: 2/5 stars I recently stayed at the newly built Hotel Pasupala in and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were great, modern, and luxurious, truly 5-star quality. However, the service management was disappointing, with no attention to detail, particularly when it came to room cleanliness. On the other hand, the restaurant food was delicious, but the service was slow and inefficient. It seemed like the staff were struggling to keep up with orders, which was frustrating. Overall, Hotel Pasupala has potential, but needs to work on its service management and staff training to meet the standards of its beautiful rooms and good food. Pros: Modern rooms, good food Cons: Poor service management, slow restaurant service, room cleanliness issues.

This is very good option to if you want to stay near by the markets and shopping area Front office staff was too good. And give best service to the guest. Always smile in the face, specially check in procedure is very good and fast. Allot me the room very fast. And food also very tasty

Very good hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Good quality bed, pillows etc. for a relaxing sleep. Highly recommended.
