Very worst experience. Room and bathroom were not cleaned. No fresh bedsheets and pillow covers given on check-in day. No soap and mirror provided in bathroom. Staffs were very rude attitude especially Manager. 0 rating only recommended.

Except staff behavior nothing is acceptable in this hotel. Beds are not clean, fan and A/C are making more noise. Bathrooms are not clean. So many mosquitoes in the room, not a pleasant stay there in the room. My suggestion to the owner it is good to have a nice people around with good behavior but you should also maintain the hygiene to attract customers.

Was told on phone before booking that car parking is available, but had to park on the road since underground parking was closed. No hot water facility. They will provide buckets of hot water upon asking only from 6 to 9 am. Staff is courteous, but the rooms and maintenance are very bad. Mosquitoes in the room,, many lights do not work. Beds are also dirty and unclean. Only positive is ac room at price at 1200/-. There are better hotels at that price,, avoid it.
