The owner is of good nature and co operative. Home stay is on 1st floor. Free WiFi available. The house name is Bhatia's or something. It is not 2BHK, it is 2BK i.e. no hall. Full fledged kitchen between 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms have attached toilets including storage geyser. Located on the narrow road of residential society. Difficult to park the car. Frequent Power fluctuations / failure. No accommodation for the driver. Self service for the luggage.

"I recently stayed at Sushma’s lovely home with my family and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The decor was stylish and modern, yet cozy and inviting, with plenty of personal touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean, which made for a great night's sleep. Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome basket with snacks and the local recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming .

The stay itself is very good and well maintained. Kitchen utensils and blankets are good. Good for 6 people. But it is far from the main town and inside a colony. So, travel would be an issue unless you have a vehicle.

I wanted to give 5 stars as the place is good and well maintained but the stay got worst later when the owner started behaving like a landlord saying that you should not have cooked non veg in the kitchen. If I had know this thing before check in I would have definitely never opt this place. I think most of the people eat non veg and they won't stay at a place where the owner is objecting them and quelestioning about the food they are eating. It's just the behaviour like a landlord do with their tenants. Homestay is different than living like a tenant pls understand

It's a great place to live without any interruptions. Colony is also great, jus come through the main colony gate. Facilities is pretty well as per requirements. You can with family or friends to live. Equipments is good nd well working also. Jus come & live freely 👌😊

Excellent place to just connect with nature.Great to be in a place where you could relax, be near to the nature.
Calm and serenity in the surroundings. It is away from hustle bustle and yet well connected. You can explore areas, like Marine drive . You can see in photos..For couples and family this is the best choice.
